I personally use 9/0/21 on Soraka due to her cooldown dependance and good AP scaling. You play fairly aggressive with
Also I strongly recommend taking
Also, take
EDIT: MERC'S ON ALISTAR ARE LAME! Get
Havoc is pretty bad.
Yeah after I did calculations it isnt that great indeed.
Both are great, it doesnt really matter. I dunno, I just like to have

Um... my masteries for Yorick are 9/12/9. What specifically do you want me to change? I originally had 12/9/9, but PsiGuard recommended I change them to what they are now.

What about the flat mana quints? They boost ryze's early game damage.
And?
His early game is pretty bad against most champions.
Okay, so 75 mana quints = 225 mana @ 18.
That is 18 flat damage.
If you have a standard build, of AA, RoA, Banshee's, Frozen Heart, Sorc Shoes, and Will of the Ancients, then your enemy would have to have a total of 243 MR in order for them to be dealt more damage by a single QWE combo with mana runes.
I really don't think that mana quints are viable on ryze.

Build I suggest:
Your build lacks damage in my opinion, also you will get really tanky after getting
Masteries:
Either 12/9/9 or 9/12/9
-9/0/21 masteries
-Flat MR glyphs
-Start with Sapphire Crystal and two Health Potions
I fixed my masteries. When I made it, I was thinking that since you build Yorick and Ryze with the same starting items (boots, Tear), I copied the masteries and starting items over. Will swap out my in game MR/L for flat MR when I can.
-9/12/9 masteries (you could use something else if you want), get Veteran's Scars.
Someone else actually advised me to change from 9/14/7 to what I had. We'll see how this change turns out.
-AP quints > mPen quints
-Gunblade sucks - get WotA early or just have revolver
-Lose the Heart of Gold and probably get Zhonya's Hourglass instead of Randuin's Omen. You have to keep your AP up if you want your nuke to be impactful as Sion.
-Take Ignite if you're mid or Teleport if you're top.
I actually don't own AP Quints, but I can change the build if that'll make you happier? Since his E gives him increased attack damage, and I built him rather tanky, I thought that perhaps the Gunblade would give better results than Will of the Ancients. I'll try it out in my next games. Same can be said for Randuin's, just thought it would work better, but I'll try it your way.
-Start Regrowth Pendant if you can. You might have to test it with your route.
- Soul Shroud sucks. Get Shurelya's Reverie instead if you want a similar item.
I miss counted my items there, Reverie was supposed to be in the build. I just grab Soul Shroud last unless there's something else we really need. Say for instance Annie and Gangplank are always running low on mana, and my defenses are doing well, this'll help everyone do better. I like aura items, they make me happy!
-Look at my guide :P
:P to you too!
-Get Sunfire Cape instead of Randuin's Omen if you're going Phoenix. You could also get both if you want.
-I think Shurelya's Reverie is unnecessary, but that's up to you.
You need a Trinity Force bro.
-If you get Expanded Mind, get Meditation. If you don't want Meditation, get Good Hands instead.
-You might want to finish Mercury's Treads before Wit's End.
-It's very minor, but Brute Force > Butcher. 2 extra minion dmg is not worth 1 AD that you could use against any target.
I don't like the Cape. The AoE damage always ends up aggroing me when I'm ready to be aggro'd. I've died far to many times from enemy turrets because my cape wanted to tickle them. I like the speed boost from the Reverie on Udyr, helps with that whole: BEAR, TURTLE, BEAR, TURTLE YOU CAN'T CATCH ME thing. Makes me smile. And in game currency is worth a smile!
I miss counted my items again, since I normally never make it far enough to sell my Wriggle's. However, I added the item at the end of the build for you. Same goes for the boots, just mis-clicking, reading my build wrong, it's all better now!
As far as Brute Force > Butcher, I have to disagree. Since the only stance that benefits from flat AD is Tiger, I find that 2 > 1. Simple math really...
Thanks for the help though PsiGuard. Let me know if there's something else I should fix. I'll be editing my runes and stuff over the next couple of days as I get all the right ones situated.
