Frost Queen's Claim. Selling these potions also gives gold equivalent or more than the basic health pot. Biscuits also increase your maximum mana permanently making things like manamune less compulsory on mana dependent champions like ez.The thing about ez is that all his skills in exception of his W do hybrid damage making it hard to build tanky against him. Later in game at 40% cdr his Q cools down in a second. Picking up rylai's lets you kite people to death while having a bit of survivability.
Stats
Nice balance of AD, AP, Armour and MR. AD scales better with
Mystic Shot at (+ 125% AD)(+ 40% AP), while Essence Flux goes through minions doing (+ 80% AP).However, the ultimate is the best part.
Trueshot Barrage does 350 / 500 / 650 (+ 100% bonus AD) (+ 90% AP). You could easily do 1k dmg at 300 AP and 100 bonus AD.
