Why I Don't Like Fleet Footwork
Overall, I find that the bonus damage from 
Press the Attack is much more valuable than the heals and movement speed from Fleet Footwork. This build was created to give some ideas to starting Vayne players if they don't enjoy using Fleet Footwork, like me. Hail of Blades is also a superb keystone, and i prefer it on top lane as it makes laning phase easier, and laning against other top laners is a lot harder than laning against most ADCs. Remeber that keystone choices are completely preference, and what you choose is up to you. If you like Fleet Footwork that's totally fine.
