Introduction

Hey guys, The point of this build is to constantly use your Frost Shot to slow the other team. By the end of this build you will be getting 9 mana per second, shooting 1.5 arrows a second and slowing 3 people by 35% with each shot.

Spells

Flash: Allows you to move in or out of engagement range and moving over walls breaks fights better than anything other than Cataclysm.

Exhaust: Lowers damage output and slows champions, hitting the AD carry when you engage will turn the odds considerably in your favor.

This will let you slow the other team, and to the end of the game will be a second passive slowing 3 things for 35%.

A shotgun of frost shot that, if aimed correctly, will slow the entire other team.

Allows you to not face check bushes, scout objectives, and check over walls. THIS SHOULD NOT GET YOU ANY GOLD. you should not be killing minions.

A solid unlimited range stun/slow combo. It passes over minions and walls. Also stuns more the longer it flies.

Aegis of the Legion 1200
Mikael's Blessing 2300
Ruby Sightstone 1600
Locket of the Iron Solari 2200

First, Sweeping Lens will allow you to find wards and stealth champs. You don't need Stealth Ward you will have wards from buying them and Sightstone.

Boots because your slows are not the best early on and if the ADC takes boots then they will still run away from you. Also this allows you to dodge skill shots and ward off-lane faster.

Spellthief's Edge will get you gold. You should be constantly poking at your opponents to slow them. This is just icing on the cake.

Sightstone so you can stop buying wards.

Berserker's Greaves allowing you to refresh your slow faster.

Frostfang improves Spellthief's edge so your Volley will get you gold on your volley as well.

Runaan's Hurricane increases your slow from one to three, and speeds up your attacks considerably. This is your most important item.

Frost Queen's Claim improves Frostfang, giving more gold, and giving you a slowing active that will stack with your Frost Shot. However only the strongest slow applies full effect. The weaker slows loses 65% of it's original strength. Leaving your Frost Shot at 12.25% while the 50% slow is active

Aegis of the Legion at this point your team will be expecting you to have some more support-y items, and this will be the best choice.

Mikael's Blessing will grant you even more mana regeneration, and it will give you a strong heal / cleanse effect

Ruby Sightstone for even more wards

Locket of the Iron Solari This will give your Aegis even more power and an active shield to save you from some burst.

Unique Skills

Your skills along with this item setup will make you a slowing machine. You will be able to keep even Nasus away from your carry. You will also easily be able to pick up any slack your ADC might give.

Team Work

Supporting is going to be some hard early pokes, but by 10min your damage will be too low to be important. Most of your time is going to be spent zoning your opponents and slowing them constantly. Don't let them engage on you, don't let them get and CS, don't let them wave Hi to their mom. Keep them slowed.

The best thing that you can do in an end game team fight, is pop your locket, start slowing everything that tries to move, rake in the gold, and when someone is about to die, heal them with your crucible.
