Heres my guide on Azir Support.
Azir's mana problems are basically gone. you can play utility azir to your hearts content now. jst remember positioning in lane is just as important to azir as anyone else as a support. poke your enemys to hell with this build.
remember to spam bird noises in the chat when you get kills(assists), the BM helps you win.
