Play to harass. Run away quickly. Hide in lane and surprise them. The point is to keep their attention on you and not on your carry.
ward early, ward often
warding give you opportunities to plant mushrooms. plant your shrooms at choke points, in bushes and wherever the fighting is happening.
also, make sure to use the laughing taunt at least once per minute. every time you plant a shroom is good practise.
