In my recent games with talon alot of people have said he's OP. So I thought I might as well make a guide on him for fun. Talon is an assassin who is amazing 1v1. You can slow and have a good gap closer that also silences which makes it near impossible for people to escape, And if talon gets his hands on red buff he is impossible to escape with the slow and damage over time. Talon can go mid, infact its actually pretty good. With talons slow and gap closer he can harras pretty well and cant be ganked easly once you hit level 6.

MercyTalons Passive: Damage increased by 10% to enemies who are affected by Slow, Stun, Snares, and Suppress
Talons Q: Next attack does bonus damage inflicting bleeding revealing enemy change and damaging it over time
Talons W: Sends out blades that return quickly back to him doing damage and slows target each time blade hits.
CutthroatTalons E: Talon flashes behind target silencing them and making your skills and attacks do bonus damage for some time.
Talons Ultimate: Talon sends blades out in all directions damaging foes, after a certain time or when talon attacks a target the blades return to him hitting enemies for each time blade hits them, and also gives him a speed boost while invisible.

I take Armor Pen for marks cause well he's AD, for seals and glyphs I take armor and magic resist because as an assassin your job is to take out the carry and to do that you got to get into the middle and take him out so your going to need some survivalibility. For quints I take flat hp you could also take HP regen runes depends on what you like.

21/0/9 as any other AD champ u take 21 in offence, you could put 9 in defence if you find your self dying to easly.

Good:
This Spell is my favourite for talon it helps you catch up to fleeing foes or run away when they chase you, it's also a great combo with your ulti getting away or into position
ExhuastExhaust is usefull against people with ghost or other champions attacking you I find it gets me many kills
This can be helpfull chasing and escaping I dont like it that much though
I don't use ignite but there has been times I wish I had it, for people who escape with low hp or for other with spell vamp, lifesteal, healing.
Your could use teleport but dont really need it.
Cleanse can be good when getting focused down it can get rid of that annoying CC and let you destroy the enemies in peace

For Talon sheen is an amazing item. With your Cutthroat and plus the sheen, your will do high damage to others. Even though I have a trinity force I still got a frozen mallet, Because of the bonus hp, damage, and the 100% slow chance which procs your passive I find it quite usefull. Brutalizer is for early game late game you can sell it for something else like, Infinity edge, Frozen mallet, or Atmas. Another good item is Last Whisper.

Late game talon moves pretty fast, with his ulti he doesn't really need boots. You could sell them for a thornmail if they are ad heavy, a last whisper for those pesky tanks, black cleaver if u really wanted too, or a quick silver sash for those cc heavy teams.

Before level 6 you want to use this combo.
1.Use Cutthroat on target.
2.Use Rake so they get slowed.
3.Then Use Noxian Diplomacy.
You use Noxian Diplomacy last because it will do extra damage because of cutthroat and the slow from rake.
At level 6 and Above you want to op up with your ulti and figure out who u want to kill once you have a target you then follow these steps.
1.Get behind them and attack so your blades come back to you.
2.Then Cuttroat you could also do this first.
3.Hit them with rake to slow.
4.Use Noxian Diplomacy.
5.Use Skills as they come of CD Combining them with each other for bonus dmg
And Remember don't be afraid to gank Talon does it quite while with red buff, your team will love you for it.

Farming is easy for talon just use rake and late game it will kill most minions.

Talon is a not as sexy version of Ezio Auditore if you don't know who that is google him. Talon is a man with a sexy cape and a sexy blade. Might as well play Talon before people on the forums get him nerfed by crying OP. If there is anything you would like to add to make the build better please do, I will take in all suggestions, and edit my build accordingly.Don't Downvote My build without trying it.
