Early Game

Play passively, but use your advantages over your enemy. It's alright to poke or zone out your enemy, but it means nothing if you are also missing out on the resources. Don't push, you'd rather have the enemies push the lane rather than you.

Mid Game

Don't stop laning until you get the Inner Tower, unless you lost one of your inner towers. Then you can team fight. Play smart, you aren't that strong yet, so get some gold either by team fights or minions. You aren't that strong until 100% crit, and you aren't that sustainable until you get Titanic.

Late Game

You should be around full build by now. You can now play really aggressive. Play smart still, but you can be a little more reckless. You have the sustain/damage to do quite the few things. Neither death or low damage would be a problem, unlike some Yasuo builds. However, you still can't 1v5, stick with your team, or split-push carefully.

Since the runes section is messed up for me, Here's what you need

x9 Greater Mark of Attack Damage

x9 Greater Seal of Armor

x9 Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist

x3 Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage

x3 Greater Quintessence of Lifesteal
Alternative for sustain

Stats should end up as:

Physical Damage +15
Armor +9
Magic Resist at Lvl 18 +27

Pros

Shreds tanks in late game
More sustain than regular Yasuo build
Very mobile, even without boots
Well rounded in Health, Damage, Armor Pen, Attack Speed, Movement Speed.

Cons

Not as much damage as regular Yasuo build
Not as tanky as a true tank
Not too strong mid-game

There isn't really many combos. There are simple ones like:

E+Q+AA+E

E through a minion, Q then auto enemy champion, E through another minion to get out. If done correctly, you can trade well without taking any damage.

Q+AA+Titanic AA+AA+Q

Q then AA for combo, use titanic which gives AA reset, then AA again, then Q should be back up.
