Well the answer is simple, Renekton in this build is more of a utility top laner compared to the usual renekton you see these days that build pure damage. Your goal as Renekton here is to quickly assassinate their adc/midlaner while tanking the bulk of the enemy team's damage.

So in this build, you're gonna want to have that instant damage that PTA gives unlike the stacking conq damage+sustain and the titanic rush helps with the one shotting as well since you're building tank items which synergizes with titanic's passive as well.

Ghost helps you stick with the squishes especially now that the common picks are champions with mobility like graves, elise, ezreal, etc. Ghost along with deadman's plate will help you go all around the teamfight which gives you tons of options such as after eliminating or zoning the enemy damage dealer, you can go back to your own back lane and protect your team's damage dealer in case they're being attacked as well.
