If you can Dodge you should be fine.
Lux
Ow. This champion hurts. A good Lux will cause all kinds of problems.
Blitzcrank
He can pull you, and will likely build tanky, but not as bad as Thresh
Bard
He can deal a lot of damage, so you'll need to dodge his q, and stay out of his range, Bard's often abandon their ADC to collect chimes, so try to catch him out if you can.
Thresh
The Classic Soraka Counter. If you can try to play passive and/or safe.
Leona
When she throws her sword to grab you OR your ADC use your E to silence her stun, She's a pain but deal-able.
Nautilus
Tank and "Pull".
Alistar
Tank and Knock-up.
Xerath
I love Xerath. I hate going against Xerath, Especially a Xerath Support.
Veigar
Haven't faced Veigar vs Soraka yet, but if you can bully him hardcore you should be fine.
Brand
Similar to Lux, Hard to dodge his ground ability, and can stun.
Braum
This shouldn't be a problem in the slightest, you might want to use your E more than normally sense his shield can't block it.
Janna
Dodge her tornados, If she's full AP you might have an issue, but you should be able to do fine.
Karma
Theoretically fine, you should be able to out poke her as long as you can dodge.
Zyra
Who's idea was this? Perhaps using your E will make this doable but she does so much damage
Annie
Personally one of my favorite champions, a good Annie player is like a good Lux, but if you can abuse her hard before level 6, you might have a better chance.
Poppy
Poppy support isn't that common, if you do face her she's quite tanky and if she manages to get her E-Q combo off on you're going to be hurting.
Lulu
Lulu's annoying, but you should be able to deal with her.
Taric
Tank and Stun.
Zilean
He's old and can poke you more than you can him, it's a hard champion to master though.
Sion
Tank and Zombie.
Shen
Tank and Ninja.
Soraka
A Passive Soraka will lose to the Murder banana you will be, The Better Murder banana wins. Also, Stop playing Blind Pick.
Galio
Tank and Statue.
Nami
Meh, She'll probably out damage you late game, You should be fine out poking her.
Rakan
WITH XAYAH ADC. Tank (or damage), and lots of mobility, try to get him to waste his mana.

WITHOUT XAYAH ADC. Who's kid is this?
Vel'Koz
Haven't faced a Vel'Koz support as Soraka, I imagine it's not as bad as Brand or Xerath.
Tank Soraka is Best Soraka. [8.6]
