Graves
Honestly depends on the Graves, if you can get him behind he is turboworthless, but good Graves players won't let you get them behind. Try to counterjungle as much as you can, and take objectives while he's weak. Counterganking a great option into him, as he has no escape. Threat scales with your rank.
Evelynn
Threat scales inversely with your teammates IQ. Fight over first crab EVERY time and pray to god your teammates don't walk into a bush they KNOW shes in at level 6.
Karthus
Have to invade him, track him as much as you can, and take your toplaner to kick his nuts in whenever he's topside. He outscales and you can't peel r.
Kayn
Unbelievably hard to peel off your carries as shadow form, doesn't care about your peel as Rhaast. If he gets behind, he isn't worth much, luckily. Track him and ping your teammates off when he's nearby them.
Ekko
Will ALWAYS pick up 2 random kills and hard carry game from there. Try to avoid his stun and stun him while he engages. Annoying champ.
Hecarim
CANNOT PEEL HIS R. CAN'T FIGHT HIM EARLY. CAN countergank :D! If he blows his E load on your laner, he has no escape, and you can peel him off pretty easily before 6. After 6, pray to christ your team has a brain and doesn't group up.
Fiddlesticks
Was my previous permaban, but he scales inversely to your support's warding habits. Invade like he's Karthus, you can't kill him like Karthus but early you can force him off his camps and take them in front of him LMAO. Buy about a billion control wards and put them over walls near objectives. Learn where they like to ult from and ward there too. Do you have a support? Tell them to ward more. Don't have a support? FORCE them to ward more.
Poppy
Does a deceptive amount of damage with sunderer, our E is unstoppable so hit her with it while she dashes you into the wall and her E Q AA burst will be mitigated. If she dashes in later just stun her and watch her die to your team lmao.
Lee Sin
Scales with your rank, try to be near whoever he marks so you can stun him midflight, so he can't do his dashy dashy insec ********. Easily peeled late, just try to match his ganks early.
Lillia
Aggravating champ. If she gets near your team just stun her. If you have flash up and you're near your team flash stun her. This champ survives on mobility, and point and click stun counters mobility. She can hard win a teamfight with flash Q R Zhonya's, so be careful with that. Can't beat her at crab without help, she kites us out. Try to push the map forward and invade to take camps.
Xin Zhao
Can carry if he gets enough ganks off successfully early. CAN AND WILL GANK BOT, WALK MID AND GANK, WALK TOP AND GANK. If you see him walking somewhere, be there for the countergank. EVERY TIME. He can't kill us easily due to his damage being mostly burst, but still be cautious as he usually has a team nearby mid/late. We peel him off VERY easily in teamfights, just tank his **** until his ult wears off.
Vi
Just countergank early and keep her far enough away from your team so she can't ult a carry. She does have some fatty early ganks though, so be careful. If she does, KEEP THE REST OF HER TEAM FROM FOLLOWING UP. YOUR TEAM HAS VI COVERED. I PROMISE.
Zac
Can't stun his E, just try to take his camps early and mid until he's useless. Counterganking is hard, I usually just try to gank the other side of the map and steal his ****.
Kha'Zix
As long as your teammates don't die to a jungler with no cc and a short dash earlygame, you should be able to easily stun him mid/late while your teammates melt this 0 range 1 dash assassin. He can't use ult while stunned, so watch as your teammates summon a can of Raid. He is TURBO WEAK until dirk, and even after his damage is burst, so proc aftershock and gtfo. He can't easily kill you once you get mythic until he gets Serylda's. At that point, stun and run.
Rengar
RENGAR IN 2022 LOL. He can't kill you early, and if he isn't smurfing your team shouldn't die too often his ganks pre-6. Post 6, try to match him and when he uses his SUPER VISIBLE ULT just walk toward the team member that's marked. He can't do his combo if hes stunned midflight lmao.
Nidalee
If you are not masters+ in Korea, congrats on the lp! Dodge her spears with our E movespeed, and she can't kill you. Lategame, once you have 1-2 MR items, tank the spears for your team, and she will be unbelievably useless. Her only scary part is if she gets a bunch of ganks early, and even then just stun her when she jumps in in the mid/late teamfights.
Sejuani
? Literally where are you finding Sejuani players in 2022. Just counterjungle her until she is completely useless, track where she's ganking early and ping your team. Try to tank her ult lategame and you're good as gold.
Amumu
Tank bros! Invade and murder the child until he melts to a stiff breeze. He will always have utility with his ult in teamfights, but try to tank his Q in front of your team if possible so they can run.
Ivern
Basically a game of "Who Can Keep Their Carries Alive Better?". Try to take his buffs if he just marked them and walked away, but this doesn't happen too often. You can often do this to his camps though. Previously, he would never take his krugs, but I think this has changed on a recent patch. You can catch some Iverns who don't read patch notes though! You can't kill him early, so don't try. He has too much CC for you to solo him.
Jarvan IV
Countergank countergank countergank countergank don't let this mfer walk all over your lanes. Very predictable champ just track him and ping your lanes to be careful. Deep ward with control wards if possible.
Nocturne
Use chilling smite to break shield, stun. You can roughly figure out when he hits 6 and try to stay on his side of the map. If your lanes are obviously pushed up when he is on that side of the map, be there for the countergank. He is useless in teamfights, so play for your objectives.
Rammus
Okay matchup. Try to get hit by his q when hes rolling into the fight, and switch to R right before he taunts. He can peel for his carries better than you can peel for yours, so just take his jungle until he can't tank more than you.
Shaco
Annoying. Keep monk mental and ping your botlane/toplane away from the most predictable level 3 redside clear into gank you've ever seen. Stun him when he appears near your team, stun the ****ing clone who cares, tank the clone explosion if you can, then do whatever it is you wanted to do. Deep wards Very Good. Even when fed, he can't 1 shot us. Buy sweeper.
Shyvana
PUSH THE MAP FORWARD, TAKE HER CAMPS WHEN YOU CAN, FIGHT EARLY AND OFTEN, COUNTER HER INEVITABLE LEVEL 4 DRAKE ATTEMPT. TANK E LATEGAME IF SHE'S AP AND IT'S POSSIBLE, STUN HER AND WATCH HER DIE IF SHE'S AD.
Skarner
? Skarner in 2022? Don't fight him 1v1 in his spires, absolutely do outside of them, and peel him away from your carries once he hits 6. If he can't reach them, he can't grab them. He can do early drakes, so watch out for those.
Volibear
The other Trick2G champ. He beats us early if we don't dodge E/don't wait out W timer. Countergank him and he falls to bits mid/late, as your carries shred him. Don't stun while he's in R animation and you should be golden, even if he's fairly fed your team should chew through him.
Warwick
We lose early to him, but stick near low health laners for his predictable, predictable ganks and he shouldn't do too much. Try to tank his R if possible, our E is unstoppable and aftershock will proc if it hits even when he's mauling our faces off. Standard bruiser peel rules and conditions apply.
Udyr
? Gtfo blind pick and play a ranked game
Gragas
?????????????? I straight up have not played this matchup in 200 Udyr games because of how weak Gragas is right now. His clear is **** until he gets some AP, and his ganks are alright (?) with Pred. Try to counterjungle early, and put some deep control wards for your team.
Elise
Ping your toplaner off at 2:40. Congrats, you've won against Elise! If your toplane is getting pushed in at around 2:15, go Q>R>E and skip some camps to counter the inevitable dive. Your camps will be there when you come back, but the dive will not wait. You win against her in a 1v1 early if you don't walk into every ability like an idiot. Aftershock counters her burst, so just don't be stupid lol. Easily peeled off mid/late.
Master Yi
Point and click stun on an early game champ. lol. We don't win the 1v1 after 2 items, but punish him and his team until then. He is completely useless in ganks before 6, and not great even after. Easily peeled in teamfights unless he is going Duskblade build, and even then he has moments of vulnerability.
Nunu & Willump
DEEP WARDS + COUNTERGANK + FIGHT HIM OVER OBJECTIVES + COUNTERJUNGLE WHENEVER POSSIBLE AND THIS MAN IS GONE. IF HE CAN'T SNOWBALL (LOL) LANES THE GAME IS OVER
Olaf
Not too sure about this matchup, but once an Olaf got pissed off at me and said I picked one of his counters. Countergank, as there won't be a jungle left to counterjungle. You can force him to burn R far away from your carries if you stay distant from them, so give them as much distance as possible to kite and damage him. You can fight him over crab I THINK if you wait out his w and avoid axes.
Qiyana
Buy sweeper, stun her when she's far enough from your carries in teamfights that they can melt her before she can dash in. You won't die to her unless she is turbofed.
Rek'Sai
IMPORTANT TIP: Our E is unstoppable, which means once you get into range you cannot have it cancelled. This will proc aftershock. Rek'sai will knock you up, then do her full burst combo. You can reduce her 3 Q burst with aftershock, then face tank her E. Try to keep her from snowballing your lanes with weird ganks, deep wards very very good into her. Useless mid/late game into us, point and click stun OP
Taliyah
Catch her. Kill her. :|. We can E movespeed to get out of her E->W combo, and she is not really strong right now! If you're in a teamfight, try to tank her Q with your W if your carries cannot avoid it. Keep her from snowballing and she should be an easy matchup.
Talon
He's an assassin, you're a tank with point and click CC. He thrives off of counterjungling, you shouldn't be leaving a jungle to counter. Take sweeper and stun him the SECOND he gets out of ult, or preferably before he goes into it, and watch him melt. No jumping over walls during stun. Even if he gets fed early, just wait for teamfights lol.
Viego
If he goes crit build, stun him before he can even GET to a dead body. If he gets one, stun him then. If you're fighting without anyone dying yet, stun him. Early game? Stun him. Getting a pick? Stun him. If he is stunned in crit build, he folds like a **** in cold water. If he's going bruiser build, standard peeling rules and conditions apply. He does much less damage with that build, and is still killed fairly easily when peeled off.
Zed
Literally just look at Talon notes. If hes stunned out of his ult, as he ends up behind the marked target EVERY TIME, he dies.
Yasuo
I know he isn't a jungler, but this applies to every champ that has mobility as their form of defense. You cannot dodge a point and click Udyr E coming at you at 450 ms. You will then die if you are squishy.
Yuumi
Save E for when Yuumi pops off her champ. Usually, stunning her is better than stunning the champ, as she is attached to a bruiser most of the time, who have tenacity and survivability (YUUMI) to outlast your e stun. Yuumi players are easily baited and think you have e on cd, but you haven't used it yet.

Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Carry
The gameplan is simple. We farm up as Udyr early, take the early objectives using our R max tank build early strength, and turn into peel Jesus once those midgame/lategame fights start hitting. We have a point and click 1 second stun. This can be used on any number of champs, with a 5 second cooldown per champ. How is this not the most insane thing in the world? Move the **** over Leona, I've got hands full of bear, a team full of carries, and a backpack full of tank stats. Since every midlaner/jungler loves to pick assassins, why not pick a champ that has cc (their weakness) that literally can't miss, and go full tank so they can never 1v1 you directly?
THE EARLYGAME (LEVELS 1-5)
Full clear your jungle to level 4. The only exception is if you invade to grab one of their buffs and maybe raptors/gromp, or if your top/bot is about to get level 3 dove. We can fullclear by 3:15, so use that power to crush your enemies under your heel. The only champions we can't beat at crab, even going aftershock and not lethal tempo, are Trundle, Warwick, Kindred, and Olaf if you get into a fistfight with him. Everyone else either can't duel, or can't hit level 4 by then. Gank a lane if they're pushed up, otherwise recall.
TLDR: FULL CLEAR FIRST CLEAR, FIGHT OVER CRAB USUALLY, GANK IF YOU SEE AN EXPOSED LANER
Buy components toward your mythic, but prioritize your boots if you can buy them. Then prioritize buying . Clear your camps again, ganking any exposed lane whenever possible. If you get a good gank off bot, and your botlaners are still healthy, take the drake with them. If not, ward it and move on to other camps.
TLDR: BUY BOOTS THEN BAMIS, THEN CLEAR SOME MORE, MAYBE TAKE A QUIRKY DRAKE?
PRIORITIZE GANKS OVER FARMING. Your goal with this build is to peel for your carries. You can't do that with no carries! Botlaners are usually stupid enough to push up with no vision (sorry botlane) so focus on them. Lane ganks are pretty good on Udyr, so if the lane is pushing in toward your team, walk into a bush and wait for a little. It's not like we don't clear fast enough to have some downtime. If you can invade the enemy jungler, track where they're clearing and take it if they show up on the other side of the map (or do it in front of them if you have lane prio LMAO)
TLDR: MAYBE DONT JUST PERMACLEAR, PRIO GANKS OVER CLEARING, YOURE TANK
But who can I fight 1v1?
I have written a lot in the matchups section, check there for general tips! But in general, you can fight almost anyone pre-6, and still do fine against most matchups until around level 11. From then on, try to play with your team. It isn't that you lack survivability, but most champs have gone into some form of defense, and we just stop doing that much damage around 11 with this build. The best way to find out is to take Udyr into norms, and just play out the early game. Norms are nice for this, since you can limit test with no repercussions (besides flame, oops).
THE MIDGAME (LEVELS 6-12)
You should have your completed tier 2 boots by now, which should make ganks FAR easier. You should also have a point in , which means you can solo drakes! Do this when you know the enemy jungler is topside and you have prio, or when you see them recalling. Early drakes are very nice, since we have the ability to force the other jungler off of them most of the time. Also, with 2 new worthwhile souls, it's even better to go for soul. You should NOT, however, trade first herald for drake. First herald helps us push the map forward, which should be your objective for most of the midgame.
TLDR: GET OBJS, FIRST HERALD > FIRST DRAKE, SECOND HERALD < DRAKE, WE CAN SOLO EARLY DRAKES WITH TURTLE
We're strongest around here, where we can throw our weight around in skirmishes, and even peel hard in full teamfights. Push the map forward, take the enemy jungler's camps, get every objective possible, and keep ganking. Hit their weakest laner HARD. They should never feel allowed to push forward at ALL, and sometimes not even feel safe under their tower.
TLDR: YOU'RE BIG ****DYR, PUSH THE MAP

Keep pushing the map forward and grab as much gold as you can. If your team (or you!) is losing, you're the damage control. With constant passive movespeed, and constant switching, you can help an entire side of the map. If you see the enemy jungler on one half of the map, gank the other side. Since we're tankdyr, we don't mind falling behind a little to get our team ahead.
TLDR: PUSH THE MAP PLEASE, DO DAMAGE CONTROL WE ARE FAST AND TANKY
THE LATEGAME (LEVELS 13-18)
You are now constantly at risk of being collapsed on if you take a bad fight. Ward up, play with your team, play around areas where you're strong, and keep pushing that map forward. Dragon soul should be happening, for your team hopefully. If not, your early drakes might keep them from that powerspike long enough for your carries to farm. In teamfights, you can be the engage (with ) or the peel, with any build. KEEP YOUR ADC ALIVE SO HELP ME GOD. If they die, you're ****ed at this stage of the game!

You're the ****ing Nostalgia Critic, you worry about peeling so your adc doesn't have to. Use to stay healthy enough, use to do everything else. You still do significant burst damage to squishies with and your mythic, but not enough to justify NOT STUNNING THEM JUST STUN THEM. STUN THEM FOR YOUR DAMAGE DEALERS TO KILL THEM.
TLDR: ****ING STUN THEM PEEL FOR YOUR CARRY PEEL PEEL PEEL ENGAGE? FINISH ENGAGING GO BACK TO PEELING, THEN GET OBJECTIVES AND PUSH THE MAP
And then you win!
