Biggest counter i have found. As soon as you dash onto him, he can silence you and negate your entire combo. His passive makes poking very hard. Avoid this matchup if you can.
Aatrox
He has good sustain so its ideal to all in him when your jungler ganks. If you can dodge his poke, you will be fine in lane. He has his passive and good escape so try to outfarm him.
Cho'Gath
His silence screws your combo up. He does a ton of damage and good susatain/poke in lane. Try to avoid this matchup. You need to kill him pre-6 before he gets his finisher so you have a chance to snowball.
Darius
If you can avoid death pre-6, you will win this lane. When you are in range of his q, ult to him to avoid him healing and the brute of the damage. Also utilize your W to avoid his full combo.
Dr. Mundo
This matchup is annoying. He will poke with his q and stay back. You might want ignite to weaken his ult. You should be able to outfarm and outharass him once you get sunfire.
Fiora
You can avoid her ult by using your W. You have no cc so she cant stun you.
Gangplank
He is very annoying to fight. His barrels will shred you early and has much better sustain and early game damage than you.
Gnar
If the gnar is good, he will keep you out of lane by aaing you early on. You can still outdamage him if you dodge a majority of his abilities.
Illaoi
Avoid her pull and you will be fine.
Irelia
Strong early on. Her combo does a lot once she gets sheen. She has a little bit of everything but is very easy to kill with a gank.
Jarvan IV
Easy lane. If he goes damage, you outsustain him. If he goes tanky, you outdamage him.
Jax
Jax is really strong atm and can dodge your q proc with his E.
Jayce
IF you can aviod his EQ combo you will win. You outdamage, outtank, out everying him.
Malphite
He will probably contantly Q you but if you start with 4 pots you will have more than enough sustain. He does generally weak against AP champions since he stacks armor.
Maokai
He has good sustain damage while being tanky but if you can outfarm him, you will win.
Nasus
Put your Q on him constantly and proc it when he goes to cs. You can kill him early and deny him cs. Force him under tower early so he misses alot of farm.
Nautilus
He has a lot of CC so he can escape your combo. He has a high damage output while being tanky too.
Olaf
This one of the hardest matchups. He will constanly q him and the lower you get him, the more damage he can deal. With no real escape, play safe and ward.
Pantheon
His Qs will hurt early on and his block will deny your Q from procing. Ult to him when he uses his cone ability in order to dodge it.
Poppy
She can deny your ult so try to bait her W out before engaging.
Renekton
He has a very strong early game and can outdamage you for most of the game. Farm under your tower.
Riven
You can W her combo. Constantly Q her so you can proc it if she dashes onto you.
Rumble
Even though you are melee, you will outdamage and sustain him. Fight him when he has no heat.
Ryze
Use your w when you combo onto him so you can avoid his combo. He has no escape so you can get an easy kill with a gank.
Shen
Fight him off of his W and try to avoid his Q from going through him.
Shyvana
She has escape, sustain, and high DPS. Stay on yours side of the river.
Tahm Kench
Avoid him from eating you. You outdamage him but he will be tankier than you.
Teemo
As soon as you hit level 6, you have a free kill in front of you. Bait out his Q so you can proc your Q on him. He will harass you early so play safe.
Trundle
Once you get your sunfire, your burst will be higher and can hide in your W and wait for cooldowns.
Tryndamere
He will be stronger than you early but he stays squishy.
Vladimir
Everybody hates Vlad. He has very good sustain damage but your combo can outdamage him if you play it right.
Wukong
Throw your Q onto him before fighting so you know when he clones.
Quinn
If you can wait out til level 9, your E will be on a one second CD which is where you get a majority of your damage.
Akali
Stop playing normals.
Kayle
She will harass you with her E and has her ult to save herself. This is a very tough matchup especially when she starts to stack attack speed.
Zac
This is more of a farm lane because he has a lot of sustain. Be careful because he can set up ganks very well.
Swain
You have to kill him pre-6 or you will lose lane. His E will get very annoying and his ult can hit you in your shroud.
Quints to help with early game damage and farming. Glyphs and seals for resistances. Marks to help with passive for spell vamp, last hitting, and damage on your E.

Overview
Tank Akali is very strong atm and has helped me consistently climb. Her mid/late game can be overwhelming for opponents. Her biggest downfall is her early game. She does little damage and does not have much sustain without pots. If you can keep your cs high and get a kill or two in lane you should be pretty well off. Once you hit level 9, you should try to roam and pick up a few kills. You have no escape in lane when you are pushed so make sure to keep the river and tribush warded constantly. Save your w to avoid enemy combos and as an escape.
