Introduction
Gameplay of Taric top:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNcgxTwshP8
Passive:
After casting a spell, Taric gains a buff that deals 20% of his total Armor as bonus Magic Damage his next auto attack.
Passive: Empowered attacks reduce the cooldown of all abilities by 2 seconds.
This is one of your spells that scales off armor. Because of the passive on this you'll want to spam your abilities in combat
Q:
Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 Range: 750
Taric brings forth earthen energy to heal a nearby ally and himself for 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+30% of ability power) (+ 5% of Taric's bonus health). If Taric heals only himself, the heal will be 40% more effective.
Early game this ability will manly give you a little sustain and reduce the cd on your other abilities but mid-late game the heal on this is godly
W:
Cooldown: 10 Cost: 50 Range: 400
Passive: Taric gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 bonus Armor and provides an aura that increases the Armor of himself and nearby allies by 12% of his own Armor.
Active: Taric deals 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+20% of Armor) magic damage to nearby enemies and decreases their Armor by 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+5% of Armor) for 4 seconds. Only Taric loses his Armor bonuses while Shatter is on cooldown.
This ability is your most important and powerfull. YOu use this in fights and is also easy to farm with. It scales off armor which does that you can build full armor and still hurt a lot
E:
Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 Cost: 75 Range: 625
Taric fires a sphere of prismatic light at an enemy, dealing minimum 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+20% of ability power), maximum 80 / 140 / 200 / 260 / 320 (+40% of ability power) magic damage (lower damage the further the target is), and stunning them for 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6 seconds.
This is the ability you use when you trade or use to chase down enemies
R:
Cooldown: 75 Cost: 100 Range: 400
Taric slams the ground dealing 150 / 250 / 350 (+50% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies. For the next 10 seconds, Taric gains 30 / 50 / 70 attack damage and ability power and receives an aura that grants nearby allies half the bonuses.
Suprisingly this isn't too important an ability for you. It does a good deal of dmg but your other abilities are more important

Early game:
Spend your time getting the first 1050 so that you can get Sheen. After Sheen you gain a power spike and can trade with enemies
Mid game:
Fight with your laner if even or ahead, farm if behind. If dominating try to help other lanes with your high dmg and easy stun
Late game:
You are a brick wall. Your job is to stand in your enemies faces peeling for your team and acting as a frontline tank
