Introduction


The guide will focus on 3 main points:
- attack speed
- ability power
- movement speed
I hope you enjoy!
My masteries are offensive, 21/9/0
In the offense, I focussed on the AP side with a little bit of attack speed
In the defense, I chose for
Tough Skin
with some armor and health

Marks and Glyphs are focussed on your damage output
Seals give you some armor for early game survival
Quintesses give you movementspeed to increase the effect
of


I take
Surge and
Ignite which are both very agressive spells
The reason I use them is that
Teemo is extremelly item-dependent
You need early game kills to own mid/late game
You will use
Flash probably to escape
With
Surge you will deal a lot more unexpected damage with your basic attacks
It increases your attackspeed so: You hit them with more attacks
It also increases your ability power so: Your attacks deal more damage
If you stack your
Toxic Shot with
Ignite your damage is deadly
This will allow you to kill your target within a few seconds at lvl 3 (with 2 points in your
Toxic Shot)
Other Summoner Spells you can use instead of
Ignite (you really need
Surge):
Heal to stay alive for longer
This will allow you to deal more damage
Exhaust to slow your enemy zo he can't escape and deals less damage


The reason I use them is that

At lvl 1 your
Blinding Dart is very strong early game
because much damage will de dealth with basic attacks.
The duration of the blind will not increase much more
so I max this ability last
From lvl 2 on you max your
Toxic Shot
This is you main damage output

Toxic Shot
not with your
Blinding Dart
A lot of Teemos do this and it works for them
but not for you since you max your
Blinding Dart last
You must basic attack first

then basic attack again and run

You need the movement speed to evade abilities
and stay out of the range of basic attacks
At lvl 6 11 and 16 you pic your ult

Use them to slow your enemy when you chase
or when you are being chased
Where to place them

Position them in the bush at the place where
you walk through the most (most of the time the center)

The health, the AP and the slow with your
Blinding Dart
is what you need mid/late game
Rabadon's Deathcap combines perfectly with your other AP items
to give you a nice amount of AP
This will make your
Toxic Shot and your
Noxious Trap a lot stronger
Last you can take
Frozen Mallet or
Madred's Bloodrazor
Take
Frozen Mallet if your enemies are mostly squishy
It will give you a slow and more health
So you can take more damage and chase your opponent down
If the enemy is more tanky take
Madred's Bloodrazor
It's the ultimate anti-tank item
