Introduction
So I just wanna say right now this is a for fun guide, as I am only Silver III and don't really play ranked, mainly just normals.
So anyway, glhf :^)
So basically atm thunderlord's decree is just overall the best keystone to use, and since we won't be building that much crit early on, it's overall the best. For runes I would just say general ADC runes (AD, armor, mr) or you can switch out the AD runes for some attack speed for even more early attack speed.
Pros:
+Fun to play
+Global TP ult
+Strong map presence
+Decent waveclear
+Loads e' money from passive
+Sustains mana very well
Cons:
-Small range
-Weak early
-Can't escape (only with ult, but...)
-Needs help from a good support / helpful jungler
-Bad when behind
-Useless ability (q), won't be used at all

When laning you can last hit very well since you can use your blue card to do a decent chunk of damage and get mana back, or you can use your stacked deck 4th aa to do even more damage.
Good supports for AD TF are ones that can sustain your HP, or ones that can engage. Since you can sustain your own mana you should be able to outlast your opponents most of the time as long as you can keep your hp up. Engage supports are great since once they engage, you can throw your gold card on them to keep them rooted for a long time, usually long to pick yourself up a kill.
When teaming be mindful of your positioning at all times, you have no escape and if you can't pull up your gold card fast enough, you're dead. Once your teams engager goes in, throw your gold card at whoever is the priority target is. When chasing one/multiple enemies, throw your gold/red card, respectively, to stun/slow them and catch up.
Once you have BORK + Rageblade + Greaves, you can generally 1v1 anyone who's even with you just due to your gold card stun and rageblade ramp up. The bork active is useful is they try to run.
Other than that, good luck and have fun all!
