Introduction

With the introduction of new items, and update of the guide is necessary.
If you don't agree, I don't care, this is for people who're learning Fiora and want to get an idea of her full capabilities.

Runes

Fairly standard runes, used by various champions in the game.

Masteries

Again, similar to the Runes, these masteries are fairly standard.

Skill Sequence

The Skill Sequence of Fiora seems strange to a lot of people. Maxing W early gives Fiora the needed edge, especially when faced against the more difficult top laners, such as Malphite.
Riposte and Burst of Speed provide Fiora with a very high killing speed, and are usually recommended as a starting burst. Remember, Burst of Speed refreshes when an enemy is killed, and it's secondary to attack speed is movement speed. You'll be able to catch anyone in a teamfight, and kill them up close and personal.
