Runes




Seals i chose armor over mana regeneration , because i think in the beginning of the game, the dorans ring is enough to keep your mana steady if you conserve it , you can sustain longer with the armor it helps a little when they auto attack you , and the jungler if they so are kind , can give you blue and you have all the mana regen you need for early game , plus in my guide you should get a chalice of harmony early game to get mana regen so you should be fine with armor seals.
Marks i chose magic penetration because magic penetration is really important on APC , ability power champions , and mid champions , because everytime enemies will build MR (Magic resist) and it cancels some of your damage out , you wont do as much , but if you get magic pen or have it , you can cancel out their magic resist and do even more , if they hadn't build any magic resist
Quintessences I got ability power quints , because even though magic pen is important you also need some early game damage to do some damage to the opponent and so you will hurt them and you can outpush them , and force them to play passively and they will be a bit behind .
Glyphs I chose Ability power , also because it gives alot of ability power , and it helps alot early game like i had explained up above in the quintessences area , but ability power early game is key , it helps you win early and carry hopefully if you have the potential to .
Morgana was a really high ban in around season 1 and 2 , because her snare is about 3 seconds long (OP) , but a bad thing was she was hard to get used to , you had to hit your skill shots , time your ultimates . I really help this guide helped you Vote , and comment down your thoughts thanks . :P
