Only play this build if you know what your doing as tf, dont try this if you dont know how to play him.(aka you need alot of experiance in the game to play this) At least you need to have played alot of adc's.
How to - play like an adc would. Hit from afar and dont get hit.

Also can work bot if you really try hard.
