any cc champ is bad for you, but the combination of stuns and heavy long range poke make it a very difficult lane.

Champion Build Guide
The basics
While playing singed mid here are some pros and cons and other things to look out for.
Pros:
Pros:
- sustained slows and damage output
- high mobility lets you roam and secure kills on all lanes.
- fast easy wave clear to allow you to get lane priority and roam more.
- easy to pick and choose which fights YOU want by utilizing slows and speed boost procs consistantly.
- extremely fun to play watching people chase and being unsure how to deal with you while you slowly gas them out.
- unique pick so you arent a meta-slave.
- can be built in different ways (tank or damage)to help in which ever aspect yout team is lacking.
- has good snowball potential when roaming is executed properly.
- one good stun lock can give enemies a fairly good kill (true with anybody though)
- mana problems early(pre Lv.6)
- turret damage isnt the best so without help it can be difficult to both roam and get mid turret down. if you can get jungler to drop heralds your lane it is extremely helpful.
- no burst damage.
if enemies are good at avoiding your gas you are significantly less useful.
- during early laning phase make sure not to leave your poison trail on for too long, short burst can give the same damage while using significantly less mana, this is very important to get use to.
- any chance you get to throw the enemy over your shoulder into turret range can be massive, DO IT.
- if you THINK you should use ult DO IT, it has a fairly quick cooldown and gives a huge advantage early in duels.
