What you will want to do in the early game is to try to farm as much as possible, because without your R, you are extremely weak and lost many ganks. Do a full clear from bot to top, then take scuttle. If the scuttle is already taken, recall. If not, after you get it try to either gank top or mid. If the toplaner is overextended, get behind them and use your E, if your E misses, you are mostlikely dead, or the gank has been failed. If it lands, try to close the gap and auto attack for the stun. If you are able to get the kill, recall and buy the first item. If it fails, recall and buy the boots and longsword. After recalling repeat these steps until you have hit level 6. Once you are level six, you will be able to gank better.

After you have hit level 9, you should have your first item. You can start looking for ganks and even invade without to much bother. You still rely heavily on your R, so when your R is off cooldown try to find the best gank. You can tower dive relativily ok, so long as the enemy is close to the edge of the tower, and you can get out quickly. Try to get in and R them and pull them out so your teammates can help you to be able to kill them. Objectives will be easy to get, and team fights may break out near the end of the mid game.

During teamfights, try to isolate one person. If they are in range of your E, use it. If it lands than they are dead, as you can stun them and hopefully your team will desend upon them. Using your R during the teamfights will be especially helpful, because a 4v5 is much easier than a 5v5.

It is not very easy to win with this, but is it fun? Yeah it is extremely fun.
