Draven is a good pick into Vayne, as his early game is very strong and he can bully her very easily.

Introduction
Vayne's early game is not the best, but her mid to late game makes up for the lack of power early. To succeed in the early game as Vayne, play very passively get cs. Tumble is a good tool to use at this stage because it makes csing easier, which is why i take it at level 1. Try to avoid trading with the enemy adc, because Vayne rarely wins trades early. Your biggest power spike is when you start picking up items. You start winning trades after a Vampiric Scepter and a Recurve Bow because you have life steal now and have the ability to outlast your opponent in a 1v1 senario.
Vayne starts to pick up power when she gets her Blade of the Ruined King. This gives her attack speed, which makes you using your Silver Bolts more frequent. So Attack Speed is a must on Vayne. This is where she becomes more of an assassin, being able to blow up squishies quickly and being able to shred tanks effectively. Look for opportunities to Condemn someone into a wall, because it is almost always a garunteed pick on an enemy.
This is where Vayne begins to shine, and her ability to be a fantastic dueler is great when you can go off by yourself without having to worry about being jumped on an assassin. If you played your cards right, you can become a problem that the enemy team might not know how to deal with. In team fights, even though you are a fantastic dueler, you can still get blown up by five people, so stay safe behind your backline, a rule that goes for any adc.
If the need to trade arises, this trade applies some quick damage to your opponent. The combo is an Auto Attack, Tumble and then Auto Attack again, and then Condemn them away. This uses all of the damage in Vayne's kit for a quick trade that is often effective. This trade will proc your Silver Bolts and your extra damage from your Tumble.
There aren't a lot of combos with Vayne, as she is mostly Auto Attack based as that is where her main damage comes from. But this next combo is more of a tactic, and not easy to pull of, as when this happens you are often low on health and running away. So here is the situation.
You are running away from an enemy, you are low on health, and he might catch up to you. Usually in these scenarios, there is a wall around, which is why in the jungle is a great spot to pick fights, for all the possible places to Condemn someone. The combo is you use Final Hour and then Tumble towards your enemy, giving you one second to position yourself to Condemn them into a wall. Most people will be surprised by this because who expects an adc to turn around on on them when they are chasing them? Then you auto them, and Tumble when it comes of cd again. This is a bursty flashy combo, that if you ever pull off, should put in your Gold V Vayne montage.
