Hi i'm Mike and this is my first Zed Guide. I main Zed Mid and when i pick him,(of course you should'nt pick him everytime because some Matchups can be quite difficult) i win almost every Lane, and I want that you can do this too. This Guide will help you to win your Lane and i hope you can learn something new. For making it quiet easier for you i've done a Full Item Build and also a few Tips, what you can do against some strong champions or other Tricks. But keep in mind that the main part will be the practice, so don't just read Guides on the Internet, just start playing Zed ;)

Pros:
+ good Poke/Trade Potential
+ easy Last - Hitting
+ High Burst
+ Perfect All-In
+ good escape (Jukes)

Cons:
- Vulnerable without Shadow ("W")
- High Energy Costs

So i actually start with a long Sword and 3 Pots, every game like the most Zed Players do, because i think its the best option for almost every Matchup. I try to rush my core items (cutless,boots and brutalizer) and then i try to finish the blade. (If you are very good at Skillshots, you may skip the Blade and build Hydra instead) At this point you have to decide if you want to build Mercury's, when they have a lot of early CC and heavy AP, or if you want to go for Last Whisper if you need damage and penetration or you build Youmuu's, for a better dueling potential and a bit more mobility. (If you are very ahead, you could buy Last Whipser and Mobi-boots, to get a better roam potential and more damage.) If you got your cores you can build Hydra the most times, or you go for Bloodthirster for the shield and if you dont need that extra waveclear. For the last items i often chose GA, because you get a bit tankyness and the revive effect. Ofc you can get one of the other optional items too, depends on the situation and matchup.
