Morgana

With Morgana it's simply her Black Shield that will give you troubles, along with her Q. Avoid her Q and bait her E and you should be fine. At the start of the match play behind minions and when you hit your level 4 either go in if she's alone or keep poking her down.

Lux

Minor

Lux is difficult due to her built in burst and her long range, but similar to Morgana stay out of her Q and try to bait that out. If she hits with her E and Q after hitting six however she's pretty much got you where she wants both adc and you. Bait her abilities and keep her out of range to get a Q on you.

Caitlyn

Minor

Due to her traps and fairly long AA range she is easily one of the few ADCs that I noticed that can keep you off of the farm and the support, in this case let her exhaust her mana and whittle her health down as much as you can. When you hit 6, however it can pretty much be a game over if you didn't proc the Electrocute.

Rakan

Tiny

Rakan isn't too much trouble to deal with, just watch when he goes in to knock you up and punish him. If his adc is there just play a bit safer as if it's you against Morgana.

Zyra

Major

Zyra is a huge problem to Sona if she has her plants out and keeps spamming them and her abilities on them. This toppled with her snare can be tricky, just play safe and hope she runes out of mana before you run out of your life bar.

Warwick

Even

Warwick is a pain when playing a champion like Sona especially if your flash is down, just keep note if you're under the effects of his Blood Hunt stay away from the exits/entrances to the jungle and near tower if you're pushed in. Just hope your jungler ganks or finds him before he finds you. Other than that a well timed Ult from you can negate him from jumping on you and ending you. All I have to say is good luck and hope your jungler is a good one.

Simply put you can't burst her down at the start, her stuns are impossible to get out of if you're late to respond, and there's no point on running if she has you stunned. Best bet is to just hope your jungler is around level 3 or even near 6 depending on the champ they chose to help you kill her. Play as safe as possible and heal the f**k out of your adc.

Nautilus

Even

With Nautalis it isn't as hard as Leona just stay out of the Q range and try to avoid it without burning flash. On the other hand there's not much I can say about this champion other than keep out of his Q and avoid him from building too much MR and Health. Keep him down as much as possible.

Master Yi

Even

With Yi he's a highly mobile champion, if anything use this to bait him under your tower and Ult him if you can, if not then try to get your jungler there. He won't be able to outheal the damage you both do to him. Flash if you must.

Soraka

Tiny

Soraka isn't too difficult to deal with, avoid her E and Q and you can get her down. Though she can cut you off from souls. However this won't be a problem if you can keep her levels behind. Try poking at her to force her to back while you keep bot lane a 2v1 in your favor.
