Pros:

Takes a bit of time to get all the items
If you get too far behind its difficult to catch back up

You're gonna need to be getting atleast 180 creeps by 20 minutes or as close as you can based on skill level, farming ability, and situations. This will help you keep up with your build without having to worry about getting too many kills. It usually takes me about 17 kills to get to full build.

Feel free to push the lane hard and go and take wight camp while your opponent is away so you can get extra gold and deny them farm.

The best way to push is to just get the minions pretty low then us your E on them and when you get sunfire this is especially easy and just bite the tank minions they'll die almost instantly.

If you jungler comes help him out forget the farm that's extra gold in your pocket on a successful gank.
Also don't sit top for too long unless you're behind or someone is pressuring it too hard because you want to be the one to run into the enemy team and disrupt them so your team can pick em off.

This build works really well against most toplanes and it is a force to be reckoned with because it does have everything you need to be a true devastating top laner. And as long as you don't get behind you should be able to carry your team easily.
