1.0 So, what did you smoke and where did you buy it?

Nothing, I'm not into that stuff. But what I'm into are crazy and efficient builds.

In this Guide you will learn why I play Teemo with smite Top lane, what advantages it has, why you buy what Item and much more.

___________________________________________________________________________________
BUT before we start I have to point out that:
-You need Teemo experience.
-You need good Smite skills.
-You need to be able to use Summoners and think outside of the box.

You think you can do all that Stuff? You think you are pro? Challenger? Then lets do this!

2.0 Summoners

Why should I use these Summoners?

In Order to understand this strategy we need to know why we have these Summoners and what Advantages and Disadvantages they have.

2.1 Teleport

Well basically you can use Flash, Ghost or whatever you like here. The thing with Tp is that you already have a good mobility (but more isn't bad tho') and because of your Mushrooms you will place all around the Map will have a disgustingly high
Map-presence. You will always know about the enemy jungle, catch enemies etc.

2.1 Smite

Well thats the thing that makes this build so super effective and annoying at the same time. First take a look at the

Disadvantages:

In early before you finished a Challenging Bloodrazor its freaking useless but besides that it only has advantages.

Advantages:

As soon as you got the challenging Bloodrazor you deal Max-percentagehealth normal damage with your autoattacks, you apply a Ignite and a Exhaust on them, have the best control of Drake and Baron if the jungler and you Smite at the same time, can heal by smiting Scuttle or Gromp and overall win the entire Lane and Game.

In this picture you can see the dmg of ignite (Top) and the dmg of Smiteburn but remember: We have 2 Smites, and both also work as exhaust at the same time. So we can greatly increase our damage output.

3.0 Strategy (Jungle Invade: Early)

This Teemo plays a little different. We start off by invading the top lane buff.
If you know the enemy is going to start there, then you walk into the River-brush and hide in there, or search an other position to hide.
http://prntscr.com/dj0urt
The red Squares are Hiding opportunities, the orange arrows invade paths.
Monsters spawn at 1:40 so thats when you want to invade. You just stand still in the brush and smite the enemy Buff away. You are especially interested in redbuff, because it really helpes a lot, but putting the enemy jungler behind by stealing blue is also nice.

This is my secret strategy against Shacos btw. I just smite their blue.
Shacos usually don't use smite, use that to your advantage!

As soon as the enemy jungler is behind, your lanes are a little more save, especially your own jungler (RIP SHACOS!) and if he is somewhat smart, he is going to mess up the other jungler when ever he can. So basically you won your jungle by just doing this AND you got a free redbuff oder bluebuff, which applies a disgusting DOT onto your enemy or gives you free Mana.

Also you are level 2 before you even get onto your Lane, because you started with a jungleritem. Which means you have the powersmike and extradmg to bully you opponent out of lane. Just be careful, there might be a jungler who is a little pissed of and wants his, I mean your buff!

Hint: SOMETIMES, for example if the enemy toplaner left and the enemy jungler is low when he is had the buff, because he didn't kite it... You can just Q and E them to get the first blood. Which means you already have 500 extra gold. And then just lasthit a minionwave and you can already buy your challenging smite. Which givs you a huge powerspike again.

3.1 Laningphase (Early-Mid)

After pissing the enemy Jungler, and getting level 2 and maybe 500 Gold
you can either just peacefully farm... OR STAND BEHIND THE MINIONS AND YOUR ENEMY AND BULLY HIM. Make him tilt. Like litterly ragequit.
Try to keep up your level advantage and deny farm by blinding the enemy. But watch out! Some enemies can only be countered by blinding them! So don't **** up, especially because you want to keep your buff!

After your Buff expired, you should already be something between level 4-6. As soon as you hit 6 use your Shrooms as an "early-alert-system" and use backports, or deaths of your enemy to either port back, or just Shroom the entire topside jungle of the enemy, which makes you and your midlane IMMUNE to ganks.

If you killed your enemy Laner 1-2 times they might just farm under the tower. In this case... It can make sense to just take the enemy camps and just lay down a field out of shrooms there. And if the enemy laner pushes the wave you just sneak up from behind and kill them. Just make sure you don't leave your lane for to long.
You can also play Mindgames with them by sometimes randomly tping into a bush on your or an other lane into a bush where they don't have vision but still see your tp coming. Then either cancel the tp or gank them really. Maybe you just pretend to be there by telling em or you are like "I'm not here, just push you idiots!" Try to mess everyone up as much as possible! [Btw: The ZZ#rot portal can be used in 2 ways: As a Trap or as good way to prevent your enemy from towerfarming :D

HINT: With some training you can place a Mushroom close to the raptors, so they dont trigger the shroom, but get aggresive as soon as the enemy walks over it :D Against some junglers without much clear (Elise for example, shut mains!) it can deal extra damage or even kill them, if they try to fight the raptors then.

3.2 Teamfights

This is... Kinda special.
You are not Tanky enough to be in the frontline, but your range is pretty short.
I think it works best to flank with your engage and just blind their carry and deal massive damage to them. Or you just splitpush. Noone who relies on Autos can really do much about you :D Especially Runaans and zz'rot will let you kill the enemy tower so fast that a Udyr feels like he is a turtle :D
