Since many champions can easily benefit from Kleptomancy's sustain and gold regen.

iAlso, you know; seal heal idea from Kleptomancy was something based on lane advantage so the real effect starts to kick in the game better when you return with still your full flasks you know 3 Health Potions are providing about 50 more HP, unless Klepto provides HP potions.
Especially when it comes to a character who has little sustain in lane but as mentioned earlier haven't been at league since a time, so it's probably perhaps more worth to bring burst to the table, And to be honest, Summon Aery still somewhat seems decent/well like a real deal for key rune as it really combines well with her Q despite it's nerfed, her poking potential in lane covers a greater dominance with this setup for constant pokes, Q's pokes becomes more rewarding/worth to the spent mana, but for one-shotting capabilities, of course, playstyles will/shall differ between players and lightning one named as Electrocute is dealing more burst damage than the old Thunderlord's Decree . Which will of course end with some juicy bursty scenarios as using it with her E + Q should give interesting in-game results. But from what I saw from the guide, its valuing Dark Harvest which something not too viable in the mid lane because of stacking thingy.

iI've just checked pro builds and it seems now players are tending to catch greater ''active benefits'' from the runes. When we reconsider meta changes and her hunger for magic penetration via Sorcerer; (and old runes), Void, it should be viable to go with other bursty choices as well.
So taking a burst of dual pen stat that procs on dash skills will make a deal with her style.
