was in a game got super awesome score 9/2/25 died twice it's because it was too much fun and got bit careless and cocky so end up GG twice lol
If the game isn't going to well and we need more beefy characters on our team then this is definetly the way to go item wise. Though personally I feel trundle excells to well in the jungle to not be there.
Build is very well put together if you were going to play a laning trundle. He still has a presence and his ult can be troublesome for the other team so this can definetly work. I just feel his true potential lies in the jungle :).
+1 and rec
It's a tank-build so focus aren't on DPS (which is by design of this guide).
However, if you're following some of Phreak's tactics you would/could/should up Trundle's damage when using this build because when you are tower diving (after casting your ulti on their MT) you would want to have enough damage output to follow through your diving with some damage since you probably have a shot at a kill and since you want to DPS the target down fast enough so that your tower tanking is kept down to a minimum.
Thus I would either chose Black Cleaver (for more ArP and damage) or Last Whisper (for the same reason) instead of going with Banshee's Veil.
This will make Atma's Impaler less of an option but you can counter it with an extra Giant's Belt (after selling Doran's Shield of course.)
I've used, and will continue using, this build since I came across it which would be ~1-2 weeks roughly and I've found that the 3rd build option suits my play style the best.
Normally I find that there are very few teams that go heavy AD or heavy AP in normal games and therefore build #1 and #2 are less "used" but these two builds have their uses in ranked games where you have more of an option and clue as to how the opposing team pick their champs.
Overall I would say after playing Trundle very intensively that if you're playing a normal game with the third build style you could do most of the tanking by yourself and not being "looked" upon as an off-tank in my opinion.
See ya in game! :D
