Runes

Greater Seal of Armor is good to Tryndamere because no armor makes no man worth to fight with.
The point is you will easily die and not getting feeded much when you die.

Greater Mark of Critical Chance is good to Tryndamere because when he gets more chances to make a critical strike, he makes more damage to the target. The more damage the target gets means the kill is his own.

Greater Mark of Attack Speed is great to Tryndamere because when he gets enough attack speed, he gets fast rage and then he cannot be stopped.

Greater Glyph of Magic Resist is good to punish all the mages who silenced you and you die because you couldn't use your ultimate yet.
Magic Resist is good to protect Tryndamere from most AP's.

Greater Quint of Life Steal is good to get quick life from minions and monsters from jungle.
The faster Tryndamere get life, the better is Tryndamere's performance in battle.

Masteries

All the way down the 2 left column in "Offense" is the best masteries, Tryndamere got to have. But he needs also a little bit MR and Armor to survive.
