Ganks

Let your opponent push farther up your lane until you get a gank from your jungler. Once you get a kill or two you should be able to carry the rest of the game.

Early game

Try not to engage much on your own before you get static shiv and vampiric scepter. If you feed your opponent then tell your jungler to get you as many ganks as possible and try to get creeps.

Late game

Once you have a near full build you should be near unstoppable with your ultimate and the crits. But try not to get too full of yourself because you can get shut down really easily. I usually take out groups of 2 in lane alone 3 is maximum to handle without your team.
