Runes
These runes will give Tryndamere the highest amount of damage, while still being able to sustain himself in the Jungle. Getting Armor is important because he will be fighting monsters, but Magic resist is not because he will be taking no magic damage. Attack Speed gives him greater damage and faster clears than Attack Damage, especially in the later stages of the game. Finally, the Lifesteal is essential for Tryndamere to be able to perma-farm the jungle and maintain his hp in fights.
First of all as Jungle Tryndamere your spells should almost always be Ghost and Smite as they are better than all other options.
GHOST
For Tryndamere, Ghost is a terrific spell, even better than Flash because his spinning slash already gives him that gap closer / escape while ghost lasts for much longer, and let's him chase down people effectively without getting kited. Using it in a fight almost ensures your ultimate won't be wasted by not being in melee range.
SMITE
Smite is a neccesity on any Jungler because it allows him to jungle faster and safer. It lets him secure and possibly steal any buff or even dragon / baron. The extra gold you get very cast, in addition to faster and safer clears will bet you a lot of profit in the long run compared to something like Ignite.
BATTLE FURY
Tryndamere's passive is probably one of the strongest passives in the game, from level 1-18. It gives him a potential permanent 35% crit chance which is HUGE at all stages. This is what makes Tryndamere the crit monster he is.
BLOODLUST
This is Tryndamere's heal and passive AD spell, giving him not only a ton of additional damage while building nothing but crit and attack speed, but also gives him a substantial amount of sustain. With lifesteal however, it is far more efficient t to simply heal by attacking with those massive criticals. We max this first because it gives far more stats than either his W or his E.
MOCKING SHOUT
This spell gives Tryndamere a way to catch up to any opponent running away which is why we max it second, but in addition to that, it gives him a lot of teamfight usefulness and a huge advantage over other AD users from its up to 80 AD debuff.
SPINNING SLASH
This is Tryndameres gap closer that actually deals a good amount of damage with a 1.2 bonus AD scaling and good base values. It is maxed last because it gives only 30 more damage per rank, which is tiny compared to the benefits of leveling his other spells.
UNDYING RAGE
This is one of the most broken spells in the game, and if you use it well you almost sure to get the enemy team raging at you over chat. Be sure not to die first, but try to time this ult at the last possible moment in order to get its full effectiveness. If you use this ult to early you waste it's whole potential and it takes some skill to get it right. Max this whenever possible and make sure to never, in a team fight, use it simply to run away when you could get at least 2 kills or a ton of damage throughout that duration.
