Introduction
Pros:
-Spinning slash is a great chasing/escaping tool
-Mocking Shout is probably Tryn's best spell IMO. Not only does it harshly slow enemy champions, but it also decreases their attack damage. Mocking Shout mixed with your Bonus attack damage and healing ability that you receive from Bloodlust can give you the upper hand in your lane.
-Your Ultimate (Undying Rage) makes Tryn a tank. You can basically charge your way into a 3v1-5v1 (Depending on the enemy's team comp) get a kill or 2, and spinning slash out safely. Not to mention that it is a great tower diving tool.
Cons:
-Tryn's greatest fear is CC (Crowd Control), and Burst Damage. A stun for Tryn can mean life, or death.
- Scrubs tend to let you know CONSTANTLY that Tryn is "OP", which can get pretty annoying. Just don't let them get to you and you're all set.

*All completely unnecessary summoner spells:
Clairvoyance, Clarity, Revive ***DO NOT GET THESE***
Now that that is settled let me discuss the USEFUL spells:
Exhaust- This is a viable choice for Tryn as it can combine with your mocking shout. It can be used to save your teammates, decrease your opponent's attack speed during a duel, or to slow an enemy enabling you to catch up. I would chose this if you fell like you do not need flash/Ghost.
Ignite- Tryn can have trouble trying to last hit/ kill an enemy while they are running away. (Ezreal, Kassadin, Nidalee, Zac, Hecarim are examples or champions with high escaping abilities) Ignite can help you confirm your kills. Use ignite to counter a Flash. A great spell all round.
Flash- This would make Tryn eye-uncatchable when combined with spinning slash. It would almost guarantee your escapes' success.
Heal- With the patch heal is better than Barrier. It increases your movement speed by 30% and heals you for 90-495 depending on your level.
Barrier- Sheilds you and absorbs 95 damage +(20 per level). Heal is a better choice as i said before.
Teleport- Good for a quick gank to another lane, or to save lost exp. Since you aren't really going to gank when top laneing and since Tryn has decent mobility, this spell isnt a priority and is more of a situational choice.
Ghost- Good for escaping, but spinning slash and mocking shout is more than enough making ghost really unnecessary. This spell would be a good choice if you are jungling (ganking purposes).
Smite- A must for junglers
Cleanse- Since Cleanse can now take enemy summoner spells off of you, cleanse is a viable choice because it can save Tryn from an ignite last hit. Or, you can buy a quicksilver sash cause it does the same thing only with a shorter cooldown.
