This build may be the closest thing to omnipresence you'll ever experience. The cornerstones of it are two runes: Cosmic Insight and Ultimate Hunter, which both reduce your ultimate's cooldown. At best, you'll be able to teleport to an ally's aid once every minute. At worst, you'll be feeding faster than ever before!

Between Hail of Blades and Unsealed Spellbook, I've got two different ways of playing Shen as a support. The former makes you capable of considerable burst damage, chunking a foe with a quick one-two-three to soften them up or secure a kill. The latter, combined with Cosmic Insight and Ionian Boots, makes each of your "showings" with ult or teleport more potent through much lower summoner spell cooldowns.

Yes. It's not optimal (what else here is), but it gives the ally you're teleporting to a burst of attack speed, further turning the tide before you arrive.
