they all abuse TF's low mobility to hit their spells and all-in him. He is not a 1v1 mage but a catalyzator for his team.
Fiddlesticks
high nuke junglers with CC are good with TF. If your jungler is durable it's optimal, but if they're not yuo have to be ready to teleport in quickly just as or before the fight start

Champion Build Guide
Identity:
* Immobile with only one peel, the 'Gold Card'
* He is a facilitator, NOT a 1v9 champion due to the lack of sustained damage with his kit. (He's not a cassiopeia, yasuo)
* His ability to win games relies on his ability to create man advantage fights. this is usually done by finding opportunities through either
* tempo advantage, (lots of opportunities to catch weaker enemies)
* resource management (roam shuffle) or
* superior wave control. (push and roam)
* Farm numbers directly correlate with the chances of winning games as TF (Ideally 8+ CS/M) DUE TO PASSIVE
* TF's skill level scales with macro understanding, the better macro the better TF. Especially 'side lane awareness'
what i mean by this is catching people who are out of position and locking them down for your team, OR, making a 1v1 in the jungle into a 2v1 for an easy kill.
You a lot of the time want to go in and get off that gold card on the adc caitlyn.
you win by locking people down, so people with peel are difficult. multiple such champs are difficult to win against.
Supports: Tahm eat, Rakan knockup+charm, THresh lantern, bard wallphase, morgana shield
Top: Shen ult, camille mobility, ornn run, fiora run, jax dodge

Tips:
When baiting clease or fizz E, walk up as close as possible and hold the gold card and use Q first. they will panic, and i can follow up with a gold card. it's such a close distance they dont want to risk getting gold carded.
Use target champions only keybind when going for dives
Dont pick TF when your comp already have lot of CC, makes cleanse and qss too valuable. TF is good paired with raw damage, like lee sin, kindred, graves. TF lock down, they dps. dont stack cc
Prock 'stacked deck' on the enemy as often as possible. go close, auto creep, then ur e is ready and auto them and go back.
Hover out of vision to generate threat, even if they see you hovering, it doesnt matter it generate threat so they have to respect and not use their biggest abilities
Be aware aware of the difference between your W CD and the enemy peel ability. if they use it on your w, then you haev a window for you to use it for free again.
use Q as the wave is going out, and use red card on cannon
adapt your position after using w on the wave (it's your only self peel)
As soon as good players see u use W, they will jump on you.
throwing red card on a creep is your best friend for trading in lanes, and slows them to allow u to run back
cycling through cards while autoing the wave is a massively good way if you want to thin the wave from crashing into tower while being safe due to maintaining threat.
gold card + q and run away if they dont respect and walk into range, otherwise red card at the last second
pay attention to mana of your opponent, you can extend your laning phase with this vs control mages.
either they go full reset and lose minions due to me crashing the wave, OR, they are stuck in lane and you have full lane control, being able to push and roam or whatever you want to do.
ULTIMATE ADVICE
1. update of quality of trades occuring in side lanes.
are they doing heavy trades, getting to low hp? then you may want to hover top in case they will get an opportunity. you will se it and not hesitate, just go.
2. ***es early on the threat on enemy champions. this helps determining split second decision making on weather to ultimate that side or not.
3. only R towards your winning side. avoid using r on weak side. trust me. only use on the side that you think may be able to carry for you.
4. ideally have gold card already selected as you R in.
5. be strategic, ultimate to ushering in to influence their future pathing options.
control mages:
aquire vision control in the river. it's your offense and your defense.
Assassins:
do not get low enough to them to use ignite. never die or it's game over.
