I just copy/pasted my last review, and striked out the points you improved. Other comments I can make:
- Coding error: You write Le Blanc instead of .
- I find a rather bad choice on AP . How about ? Also is rather bad, you could better max and take .
- As AD you could better take , which is almost always a better choice on AD carries. Also is pretty bad.
- I miss on on-hit .

New ratings:

Very nice guide, I would rate it Good, I think it has some great detail in important sections but, was lacking in alternatives. I also think you should look over the match ups and extend a few to improve the guide/fix some errors.

Good lay out, very easy to read aswell!
Not a wall of text, good use of pictures.
AS page seems a little weird.
Very good detail of the AP/AD masteries.
Demolistions seems like a weird mastery I would change that. Same with improved recall.
Adding some alternative runes might help, example ap per level runes. Fix some errors with runes.

Nice item explanation but, a lot of the items were weird.
In the boots section you got an extra picture randomly, i think you did it as an alternative section? I would remove the picture and put alternative AP/AD/AS boots.

team fight section was pretty brief i'd consider extending it.
Re look over your match up section there are a few things you tried to but it failed and you have a wrong move in for akali. I would also make them a little longer and more in depth of how you win the lane, for a lot of them you just stated be careful of X and just try and poke since you have long range.
good ult/warding pics.
le blanc doesn't have a picture in match ups.
in the sivir match up you mention throwing wild card at her to use her spell sheild, most sivir's will just move to the left or right and save the spell sheild for your stun.
blitz can't silence pre 6.

I liked your guide! It was very easy to read and was pretty to the point! If you want to improve it I would add some alternative runes, improve the match ups/laning supports (some were clearly better than others XD), explain the on hit TF a little more(like how to play it) I was in the dark on this because I rally play TF and have only played him AP/AD so the on hit could use a bit more explaining. I will give you a +1 for the Good guide!

Edit: yeah I missed some of your errors when taking a second look at the guide...DAMN THERE WAS ALOT! I will keep the up vote but still.

This guide is really, really great. Will be one of the best ones I will review I think and I'm actually running quite short on advices this time.

-You could work on text positioning little bit, but I didn't notice anything big that really points out

-The guide could use for some variety with coding

-It could maybe got use for some more images to cheer up.

-Situational runes could be mentioned more clearer possibly, but in the other hand I just like them in a whole new chapter tough and It's just based on my opinion, so this didn't affect to the vote.

Conclusion; Really nice guide and it's has been a pleasure to review it. Explains so much even of those tiny details. Skill all over this guide. Deserves it spot at top 3. I will give this rating of strong 9, +rep and extra credit in my review shop.

Really nice guide! I might opt for a Kage's Lucky Pick early on in the AP build, but FINALLY, an ad carry guide that actually starts with boots pots! Over all I like all of your guides!

TF has HUGE potential, but that is only through using his ultimate. If you don't use it at all TF is useless. If you use it badly he is even worse. If you use it correctly it is gg.

lol I think that half a TF guide should be about when and how to ultimate. TF has the best ganks in the game period. You can see junglers with wards, you can see stealthers with pink wards, but TF sees you. Not ganking wastes 90% of tf's potential (numbered pulled out of nowhere). Another use of his ulti is split pushing, push op while the two teams are mid (your team shouldn't engage). Keep pushing until they have to send someone to stop you. That is when you ulti to your team, your team engages and you should win the 4v5.

PLZ add a section about tf's ulti otherwise great guide
