That will be a boring lane phanse for you, just farm and ask for ganks before she gets lvl 6, after that it will be realy hard to do someting.

In my matches with udyr mid, I aways use flash and ignite, the flash is more focused on the late/end game, that you will have a high magic demage and will burst any living being
with the basic combo, witch is BEAR > FLASH > STUN > PHOENIX, and can be also used to defensive ways.

The ignite is focused on the lane phase, for the cases of you trying to kill your enemy , use ignite to secure the kill, but if you prefer, FLASH and GHOST is also a good choice, but aways keep the flash please. And in some situatios, Cleanse can be used too.
