For burst, you'll be focusing active items. When you R you reduce the target's resistances before activating your 
Hextech Gunblade's and Blade of the Ruined King's actives. They'll burst instantly and proc Electrocute. If that doesn't do, Smite them to slow and chomp (Q) them down!
P.S.: MAKE YOUR R AND BORK AND GUNBLADE'S ACTIVE HOTKEYS QUICK CAST! TO INSTANTLY R+ACTIVES
