One of the worst matchups possible. Has insane damage output, CC, a lot of movement speed and with her W - Miasma you are grounded and can't do anything. Pray that your jungler will do something if you lane against her.

Broken champ. Has everything in her kit that Sett needs. Movement speed, big shields and bonus HP. Take revitalize to maximize the shields and heals.

Sett's W - Haymaker and R - The Show Stopper are getting buffed.
W - Haymaker: Percent of expended grit dealt as damage: 25% + 10 per 100 bonus AD -> 25% + 20 per 100 bonus AD. Good buff, I like it.
R - The Show Stopper: Bonus AD Ratio from 100% to 120%. It is definetly a good buff if you build some damage.
Conclusion: Maxing W first will definetly be a better option against champion that like to keep trades short. One-shots with W will definetly be much easier than before, so I suggest to abuse it as long as you can before it is getting nerfed again.
Same with R - The Show Stopper: Ulting the tank will be more fatal for the enemy team, you and your team will have an easier time to clean up.

E - Facebreaker:
If casted diagonally, it has slightly more range, sometimes it can be really useful.
When to pick Sett:
Sett does tons of % and true damage. He is a good pick against maximum tanks like Sion and Cho'Gath.
When not to pick Sett:
Sett has also many bad matchups like Volibear, Riven, Tryndamere and ranged Champions like Vayne and Lucian if they are on top lane. Also you won't get too much value out of your R - The Show Stopper if you play against Champions that don't build lots of HP.
2nd auto and both Qs have more range:
Your second basic auto attack has more range - just like your Q. Do not forget to kite.
Stridebreaker to dodge abilities:
Stridebreaker can also be used to dodge abilities like Irelia's E: Defiant Dance.
Intentionally taking turret-shots to fast-clear the wave:
After you killed your lane-opponent with enough HP left to take 2-3 towershots, simply stand other the enemy tower to fast-clear the next enemy wave - just be careful not to get executed or even worse to get ganked by the enemy jungler.
Getting grit from minions:
You can gather more grit from enemy minions, sometimes it is really useful.
Dodging CC with R:
It is important to ignore as much CC as possible with your R - The Show Stopper.
Tower-dives:
It is easy to tower-dive with Sett, stack a up a huge wave, and try to dive, you can tank up to 2-3 towershots and nullify the big damage with your W as soon as you are out of range.
