Very easy. You can easily buffer his CC and you shred him with BC making him a free ult target. His ult does cleanse your ultimate though so be careful ulting him if he hasn't used it, but if he doesn't ult at the execution threshold, he's likely dead by that point anyways.
Nami
You can buffer her Q and R. Her W is a very strong spell, don't let her get value off it. If her Q is down you can easily look for a E kill angle. Take ignite.
Thresh
You can buffer his Q and you hard outscale him in teamfights. His W is very good for saving his teammates though but if you ever land E against him you should be able to kill him.
Karma
Karma is extremely difficult for Urgot to play into. Ridiculous scaling, Shields and heals to deny ult, strong laning and poke. The only saving grace of this matchup is that you can buffer her chain but in general it's just pain.
Lulu
Lulu counters Urgot pretty hard. She has really good peel for her adc and will usually not be in flash range for you anyways. Her W will cancel your E and she can take enemies out of your ult range with her ult. The lane isn't too bad though and having her waste polymorph on you later on is very useful for your team.
Milio
Milio isn't too strong early, look for flips on either him or his ADC. His ult completely denies urgot ult though so after 6 the lane is pretty painful and you'll likely never get an R off around him. This forces you to ult him if you want an execute as he cannot cast his R while suppressed. His W gives his allies extra range which can make it hard for Urgot to step into range. You can buffer his Q quite easily but you won't get a flip off it.
Nautilus
Very easy, you can buffer all of his CC and his Q actually brings him closer to you. Like other engage supports you completely shred him at BC and 9 and he's pretty much just a free ult target at that point. Be careful flipping him though if your ADC is weak early as most naut's will be paired with high DPS ADC's.
Bard
I f*cking hate this POS champ but he doesn't really do much against urgot. HIs damage is relatively low and you can buffer his Q cc. His ult isn't particularly scary for you and if he roams you can just bring your JG and get an easy dive on the ADC. Champion is really strong right now though. (also you can R2 in bard ult for Golden urgot)
Pyke
Pyke is very weak into urgot especially as the game goes further on. Play to peel him off your team and you'll be fine. Most pyke's will try to Q you and it'll line you up for a free buffer on either his ADC or Pyke himself, but be careful of Pyke E'ing your E in return but the Pyke has to be pretty good to know this. You can buffer his E as well, you outscale hard.
Leona
Leona's gameplan is to get onto your ADC and shut them down. Most of this lane will both of you just killing the other ADC, but if you have a strong enough ADC you can play to peel leona off yours and just kill her. Can buffer all her CC's, E when you see her cast E. And E onto your ADC if she goes for them. Hard outscale with Cleaver.
Braum
Quite rough matchup surprisingly. Braum E completely denies your whole kit making you do pretty much zero damage and it can actually deny your R2 on a completely different target. (No clue why it works like this.)
Like other melee's you do outscale with cleaver but he can very effectively shut you down from getting a lead and his teamfight is on par with yours given his R.
Blitzcrank
Blitz Q doesn't work against urgot. You can buffer backwards to go to your original location, or you can buffer forwards to flip him. You can also buffer his E. Try to tank the Q's for your adc and buffer them to save them. His R does destroy shields so he can break your E shield but not very important to the matchup. Very easy matchup and you destroy him at cleaver.
Soraka
Good luck. She has poke, healing insane MS towards allies. Global ultimate to deny yours on anyone, insane scaling. Pretty impossible unless the soraka is bad.
Janna
Similar to Karma/Soraka. You can buffer her Q and R but most of the time it won't get you an E. It's very easy for her to deny your ult and to peel you off her ADC. She also gains ridiculous amounts of MS so good luck ever landing anything on her.
Yuumi
Probably the easiest enchanter. Yuumi's poke is negligible and you can E it most of the time or just stand behind minions. She never wants to tank your E so she'll be sitting on her ADC giving you an easy target for E flash. Really just depends on the ADC she's latched onto. Not much else to really say.
Rakan
Pretty easy. His healing isn't crazy and you can buffer his W. He is quite mobile so it's up to him whether he wants to die. You can buffer his R if you can predict his movement.
Seraphine
She has quite alot of range, healing shielding but compared to the other enchanters she's not that bad. You can buffer E through both her cc's. Her damage is quite high though so go swifties and don't take an unnecessary poke. Her shielding and healing gets a bit ridiculous later so look for a serpents fang at some point.
Lux
This champion is pretty weak, you can E flash over her Q, buffer through her Q to dodge her Q - E combo. Her shield is negligent and her ult isn't nearly as oppressive as it is mid lane as she won't be waveclearing. She has zero mobility as well so any E flash will usually kill her.
Morgana
You can buffer Morgana Q and R, however you'll still be CC'ed after your E for some time. Morg's damage gets pretty crazy especially if fed and she'll always go Zhonyas so you can't really E or R her. Her black shield cooldown is 26s for most of the game so you have roughly a 10s window to E flash. You can also look to E flash whoever she doesn't use the shield on. Watch out for her rat Comet W poke.
Senna
Senna scales and has a similar game plan to you. She eventually outscales but you should be able to win the lane unless she has really good spacing. You can buffer her W but her W is lower cooldown than your E so wait for that. Can be pretty hard to play once she gets swifties so look to rush those as well.
Rell
You can buffer all her CC. Try to avoid buffering her Q as she'll destroy your E shield instantly. Rell's engage is generally not that good and you can cancel her W with your E. She becomes a free ult target after cleaver.
Sona
Sona is very useless early. You can buffer her ult. She scales very hard. Don't eat all her poke and you'll be fine.
Neeko
You can buffer her E and R but her poke is very annoying. I'm pretty sure you can flip her out of being a minion. Be careful of her third auto, it does alot of damage. Try to burst her out in teamfights before she can R your whole team and don't fall for her tricks. Press tab if she's missing and if she doesn't have a ? on her icon that means she's on your vision and a minion.
Pantheon
Free, Buffer his W and kill him. He is alot weaker support and doesn't have the damage to kill you. You can also flip him during his E to make it useless. IF you R2 him during his E you won't execute him so just hold your R2 for that. Be aware of his R and ping your teammates if he's ever missing. Pretty easy matchup.
Zilean
Impossible, beats you at every point of the game. I'd just coinflip level 1 because he just perma cc's you with his stuns and 99% slow, speed his allies out of your range and denies your ult with his ult. Pretty much the perfect anti urgot champ.
Mel
Broken champ, but very weak early. You're able to buffer her E, but most of the time it's easier to dodge it. E backwards if she ever lands Q to avoid the comet. Turn off your W during her W. Your E goes through her W, and she has a really strange interaction with your ult. (She can execute you with your own ultimate.)
Poppy
Very high damage, Her W counters your engages and she's much stronger early. She'll just ult you off her ADC and then 2v1 yours. To counter this, you can E through her R as well as her E. If you're inside the Poppy W you can E without getting cancelled. Stay away from terrain otherwise she'll just stun you.
Zyra
Similar to Neeko, just without all the bullsh!t. Very vulnerable to E flashes but she just has so much damage it can be hard to play.
Vel'Koz
You can buffer his E but this matchup is pretty horrible. He'll just poke you out of E flash range and you can't really do anything. Becomes alot more playable out of lane.
Xerath
Xerath can run out of mana quite quickly, you can buffer his E. Be careful of his Q indicator, the edge of it isn't too accurate. His E is slightly lower cooldown than yours so wait a few seconds before going for an engage. You can cancel his ult with your flip if you somehow get the chance. Rush swifties to dodge all his stuff.
Elise
Champs been S+ tier for years at this point. She'll just outdamage you early so run exhaust and spellbook, play to scale. You can buffer her stun. Generally play safe and peel your ADC.
Swain
Free, you have to get hit by his E quite alot to lose this lane. You can buffer his E as well. You just outdps him in his ult especially with ignite and cleaver, you outscale extremely hard.
Brand
He'll just poke you down, get his rylais + damage items and kill your whole team. Not too much you can really do. You can buffer his stun with your E. Try to force a lead early.
Tahm Kench
Tahm is a pretty strong laner, but you can buffer his Q stun as well as his W. He has lots of sustain with his E and he'll always ult his ally that you've ulted to deny it. Play for BC and outscale him. Don't get ulted under tower.
Maokai
One of the worst champs you can pick into urgot. You can buffer every single one of his CC's. He has very low damage, minimal poke, and he needs to hit you to utilize his passive. You beat him at every point in the game.
Shaco
Can be annoying, not a whole lot more than that. Go sweeper level 1. Try to ignite him or ult him before he ults and you'll be able to tell which one's real. Just ignore him in teamfights and focus on the real champions in the team and you'll be fine.
Taric
Taric beats on melee champs really hard. His ult counters yours and he's a much better team fighter and skirmisher. You have to hit E to stand a chance otherwise he'll just stun you and outdps and outheal you. Pretty broken champ. Only saving grace is that he's melee.
Renata Glasc
No clue who even plays this champ anymore. You can buffer her Q. Turn off your W when she R's and you'll do no damage to your allies. She's a free kill if she's ever in E flash range. Her W does deny your ult though.
Teemo
F* ck this champ
Jhin
Urgot Q -> Jhin W -> Urgot E -> Instadeath. You're both snipers with your ults as well. Filthy synergy.
Caitlyn
She has lots of range and a dash, so she can follow up on your engages. Can help get you ults with her ult and her traps are pretty useful.
Ashe
She provides a slow for you, vision is very nice. She has good poke and her ult will give you a free E.
Varus
He's got high damage, and his ult is very good for urgot.
Tristana
She can always match your engage with her W.
Jinx
She's pretty weak early, but her traps and slow can be nice for you, and she's fine with you taking the kills with your ult because she'll get her passive off it and you'll end up killing the other laner 90% of the time as well. Can also help you with ult snipes.
Aphelios
Purple gun is very useful for you, Green is also very good for getting your ults in some scenarios. His strengths are bit too inconsistent but it definitely works.
Ezreal
Doesn't offer much, very weak in minion waves and duels. Only synergy is his ult for your ult.
Lucian
Champ is very strong early. You have lots of kill pressure at 6 as your e allows him to get a bit of his R off for free. His dash allows him to match your engage as well.
Smolder
His E doesn't really do a whole lot for following up. He does scale really well so playing to peel him is good. Not bad with urgot just doesn't really have any synergy. Play to scale with him, go full tank supportive setup.
Yunara
Honestly don't really know what this champ does. Mostly just seems like a worse Kaisa.
Vayne
Her condemn can be very useful, but you're both pretty low range so can be hard to play some lanes. You both scale insanely though and she can follow up on your engages pretty well.
Sivir
One of the worst champs you pick with urgot. Sivir wants to just clear waves and scale and has nothing to offer urgot other than her ult move speed.
Draven
Should be obvious
Zeri
No Synergy.
Twitch
Virtually no synergy other than his slow. Dog**** champion as well.
Xayah
She's pretty strong early, has a root for you and has good survivability.
Samira
She has enough mobility and a similar playstyle. You wanna snowball hard, try not to steal kills.
Kog'Maw
No synergy, other than his W slow. Champion does majority AP damage anyways, so your armor shred is useless.
Yasuo
He can follow any engage, your E counters for his ult and he gets lots of value out of your BC. Windwall helps in lane alot as well.
Kai'Sa
Your e does give stacks to her passive, but other than that she doesn't really synergize that well. She doesn't want to be using W in lane and her E isn't too good for following up. And she also does quite alot of AP damage so your cleaver doesn't get that much value.
Senna
She has CC for you, lots of healing. Better to play Urgot ADC with Senna Sup though.
