Introduction
Talisman of Ascension being removed from the game hurts the utility of this build a bit, but also frees up the gold and inventory space to have more movement burst than in previous patches, making Urgot much more capable of chasing and fighting longer-ranged champions.
If bottom lane is leashing for your jungler, strafe the buff with your W and proc all your legs of passive to make the leash easy to finish quickly. Get to lane right away afterward, where you'll use W to punish any champions that get close to you and your carry before you get your starting 3 abilities. Start using Q to zone at level 2, with the goal to keep your lane opponents out of position. Use E to get out of tricky spots or go for easy picks, but generally use it as a defensive tool at this point.
Once you get predator boots or ult, you can begin to look for openings to catch your lane opponents out. Get close - preferably with predator, since ghost should be saved in case of a retreat unless it's all you have - and land your E. Follow up quickly with a Q, and circle them with your W. At this point, save R for if your carry absolutely cannot get the kill, and your opponent will get away if you don't use it. However, if you're positioned to use your R proc's fear to swing a fight, absolutely take the chance to. Getting takedowns on your opponents to finish of 2-3 points of your bounty list should be pretty doable during this phase, but there's always a chance to pick up any missing champs in mid-to-lategame.
Once it hits midgame, and preferably with your enemy's tower being taken, you can begin to roam. Stay close to lane to get those sweet coins, and use your movement burst to get to objectives and pick off anyone trying to flank. Try to land an R proc in the middle of a fight to fear the enemy team and swing the fight massively in your favor. Visit mid and top to help with towers and to pick up anyone missing from your bounty list.
In the lategame, you function as a tanky champion with great damage output, able to charge the backline to pick out long-range casters. Be wary of diving towers, and be aware that you don't function well against a larger group than your own. You're best 1v1 or 5v5. Keep aiming for any R proc you can get, and activate movement bursts to pick out anyone escaping.
