Champion Build Guide
Combos
Veigar is the most mechanically advanced champion in League of Legends. All you have to do is 
Event Horizon -> Dark Matter -> Baleful Strike. You'll get your electrocute proc off too and do big damage. At level 3 you can chunk your laner to half health. At level 6 things get real spicy.... Event Horizon -> Dark Matter -> Baleful Strike -> Primordial Burst
Things get real fancy when u add Flash. Most basic thing to do is Flash -> ult, but flash can also be used to chase and cage a runner.
Veigar memes are the best anyways.
