How do you play
Hello, welcome to my tank veigar build. First off I will tell you my experience. In my first game with this build I was able to get 5500 hp bunch of armor and with 470 stacks on passive over 1080 AP. this build has it all for top lane. On top its easier to stack passive from champ hits rather than minion kill so try to do that. wait for your passive to be stacked enough before you buy Rabadon Deathcap. Try to hit autoattack on enemy champions every 4 seconds to pop your grasp of the undying rune.Remember you are playing ranged top so be ready for some rage on the other side of rift.
