Couple of Notes....If your going to use clarity, then use that spot on something more "explosive" than the archangels....If your going to go with the Will of the Ancients, then push it up your build, it loses its overall value the longer the game goes.....AP runes are essential, not tanking runes... Masteries are weak, go with 9/0/21 that you see with most mages....Deathfire Grasp anyone?

And thats about it, and oh, no jungling at all.

No mpen in runes and masteries are bad. U dont have to go tank to win as veigar. Its just bout positioning in fights and haveing a stun ready. Rylias isnt a good item for you too. Its cost heavy and it does not have enough ap. If you cant kill someone i 1-2-3 shot its over. The slow will gove you nothing and you cant tank anyone. If you are afraid of suishyness dont play squishy carry. Take a tank. ;)

tank runes are pretty bad for him and arch angles that early doesnt seem like a good idea and you dont even get magic pent masteries? thats pretty bad...needs some work your dmg must be wicked low

ive tried that and found that most of the time, the other team just focus on you and drop you earlier with ganks. thats at least what ive seen in the games ive played. Thanks for the comment!

Doing tank runes makes him more surviveable but it also makes one of the strongest nukers weak.. so i prefer doing more ap and then health per lvl seals
