I'm a Vlad-mainer. This is my first guide, so be gentle, thanks.

Vlad is honestly a bad champion. There, I said it. But if you know how to play him, you can easily dominate your lane opponent, if not the whole enemy team (with some help from your own, of course).
Vlad deals a lot of AOE damage in teamfights (W, E, and R). He is an incredible sustainer and trolls the sh*t out of the enemies with his pool.
However, he has a very hard time against most champions. He doesn't have any gap closers, and he is vulnerable when his Q+E is on cooldown.

There is really no final build for him, it all depends on your opponents, and how good you're doing.

Q>W>E. NOT Q>E>W. When you've stacked your E four times, it deals enough damage and does therefore not need to be skilled until late. W in rank 5 with 40% CDR will have about 9-10 sec cooldown!

You don't have to go TP and Ghost, you can choose between Flash, Ignite, TP, and Ghost.

He is an overall fun champ to play, with some practice you can pull of some sick 1vX outplays.

Just focus on playing extremely safe, don't feed, and communicate well with your team. Don't play risky, which can be tempting since you have your pool so often.

Vlad is an incredible farmer, in late-game you will see he probably has the most farm on the map. This is because he can just stand in the middle of a huge farmwave and press E.
