Introduction

I'd like to say that this build is basically pure AP (Ability Power) where you maximize AP as much as possible while still keeping yourself alive.

Runes

The reason you've maxed out AP so much, is because early game with that amount of AP, thanks to runes and masteries, you are able to harass like no other and do a lot of damage at the same time.

Skill Sequence

What you should do, is as soon as you reach level 2, once you get Tides of Blood, try to get in range to where you can hit you E (Tides of Blood) and immediately afterwards hit Q (Transfusion) it should do double damage and in certain cases cause them to lose half their HP right there, it can be hard to do this.

Team Work

During team fights what you want to do is go in with Tides of Blood and Transfusion the person everyone is gonna nuke down, right after that hit your Ultimate (Hemoplague) which will make them take increased damage while it's on them, if someone targets you, what you should do is W (Sanquine Pool) if they still target you, get off a quick Tides of Blood and Transfusion before hitting your Zhonya's Hourglass, try to maximize your damage while staying alive at all times. Remember, Sanquine Pool will heal you for a small bit while more than 1 person is caught by it.
