This matchup is quite easy. You can dodge his ulti/combos with your W, but he still does a lot of damage and a good Zed can surprise you.
Ahri
You can dodge her charm just casting your W, but be careful because your W's CD is longer than her charm's CD. Just be careful to not stand without the creeps protection when she has it ready.
Akali
As she is melee, you can harass her with auto attaks and Q every time you can. If she goes invisible with her W, you can use your E in the center and you will probably hit her. If she ults you, you just use yor W, but that is not going to be useful out of the lane beause she can chase you.
Fiddlesticks
He silences you (can interrupt your E channel), haunts you and you cannot cancel his W casting your W, it will still damage you and he will keep healing himself. Play safe against him.
Syndra
This bish has a lot of range with her abilities so she will be harder to trade. Use your W to dodge her ulti, but that won't save you in late, because she can oneshot you with a combo. And if she ults you and your W is on CD, say goodbye.
Ekko
This guy can't be more easy to win. He is melee so you can harass him with auto attacks and your Q. Everytime he cast his E against you, he will lose the trade because you can hit him with the entire combo and he won't be able to scape. A good ekko will play very safe against you. If he is going to stun you with his W-E , just E and W.
Fizz
He is really easy to kill as he is melee. Abuse him all the time. You can dodge his ulti with your W. Every time he tries to trade you, you will win.
Yasuo
He can only block your E with his windwall, your Q is undodgeable by him. As fizz, he is melee, you can abuse him and dodge his tornado with your W.
Orianna
Orianna is a bit hard because she has a lot of range and you will be in trouble to get close to her. Also she has a lot of damage and short cooldown in late, if she buys Morello it will be even harder. You can try to trade her but be careful, your W sometimes will not be useful to scape because she can have her Q-Ulti ready.
Annie
The same as Orianna, this super noobchamp just needs to press a button on you to stun you and then kill you even if you have your W you can't dodge all her spells and her ulti is cast immediately. Play safe.
Taliyah
All her damage is in her W-E combo, and you can easily dodge her W with yours. Easy match up.
Veigar
As always, you can dodge his stun and ulti with your W. The problem is he still has a lot of damage and when you use your W he can be prepared to harm you when you exit from it. In late he can destroy you if you are not careful.
Tryndamere
He is melee but his ulti is very stupid, even if you do all the damage in the world he can kill you with his ulti and he can scape easily every time you try to trade him with his E (he can chase you too). Be very careful with enemy ganks and control your HP bar (and his) when you trade him.
Sylas
This n palabra can steal your ulti and use your healing and spams his abilities. He has a shield and a stun. You can dodge them, yeah, but he is spamming all the time and can kill you without landing all the abilities. Yep, disgusting.
Galio
He is made to counter AP damage, so he will be hard to kill. Try to abuse him in early and get kills, because you won't have that opportunity later.
Diana
If she jumps with her ulti, just use E-W to dodge all the burst and deal some damage, you just need to react fast. She pokes you with her Q but you heal so it is not a big deal, remember she is melee.
Renekton
друг. Buy Morello, he has a lot of healing AND damage. A good Renekton will destroy you at top. He will probably buy Executioner if he is smart, so you can't heal either.
Amumu
I think amumu goes with every champ in this game, but specially with champs with area damage. If he ults, you can ult and do all the combo easily.
Zac
When he lift up the enemy with his jump, close gap the enemy with the ulti and the E prepared. The problem is that the enemy can scape with flash.
Rammus
Rammus is like amumu, he goes well with all the champs. If he caughts the enemy with the Q and the E, they are totally dead because it will give you time to close gap and cast all the combo.

I have seen a lot of guides of Vladimir, but I don't think they don't exploit his potential. They usually recommend Inspiration which is quite ****py for Vladimir, and there are some of them that get close to what I think it is the best, but they are not totally great. I will tell you why.
About Vladi
What makes Vladimir special for me is that he is a mage without mana. His abilities cost HP and he har mechanics are about damaging and healing. That way, we have to search how to make him deal the higher quantity of damage and healing in order to exploit his potential, and I will show you how in this guide.
ABILITIES
PASSIVE: Crimson Pact is not a big deal. Part of your bonus HP is converted to AP and part of your bonus AP is converted to HP. The thing is that it doesn't scales too much with HP, if you buy Spirit Visage, it will gives you only 11 AP. However, it scales much better with AP, because if you reach 700 AP at late game (you will have even more), you will gain 980 HP.
Q: Transfusion is the core ability of Vladimir and the one you must max. It damages the enemy and heals you, and when it is charged, the damage and the healing is almost doubled. Every 2 casts, the next will be charged for 2.5 seconds. That charged Transfusion counts as a first cast for the next round, so you will need only one more cast to get it charged.
W: Sanguine Pool is not designed to do much damage, it is more like a lifesaver because it makes untargetable and gives you some movement speed. It can cancel most abilities and ultis, like Zed's ulti or Syndra's ulti.
E: Tides of Blood damages enemies around you, costs HP and can be cast while casting Sanguine Pool. It is hard to hit because when the enemy sees you are charging it they will try to scape and if you fully charge it, you are slowed down. That's why vladimir needs to close gap enemies with Hextech Rocketbelt, it will help you chase your enemies.
R: Hemoplague makes enemies receive 10% more damage from all sources and after 4 seconds it damages them and heals you for each enemy infected (it is reduced a 50% for each additional enemy). In early game, you will have to reduce the enemy's HP before ulting them and do all the combo. In late game you will kill almost everyone with the combo. Hemoplague combines perfectly with Zhonya's Hourglass, because if you cast the ulti and you see they are going to kill you before you heal, you can use the hourglass.
COMBO
The max damage combo is R-Q-E-W-Q if you started the combo with one charge of Transfusion because the last one of the combo will a charged one. You can add the Hextech Rocketbelt to get closer and ignite to make sure you kill the enemy. You can flash while charging Tides of Blood to give a nice surprise to the enemy.
Runes
The key to exploit Vladimir's potential is on the secondary path, Domination. The runes are set up to have the maximum CDR and AP as possible. I will explain why each rune is the best option.
Primary: Sorcery
Phase Rush helps you to get close to the enemy and don't let him scape giving you movement speed after 3 hits. I recommend to auto attack, use Hemoplague and then use Transfusion. You will gain movement speed to hit the enemy with Tides of Blood.
Nimbus Cloak will give you even more speed when you use your ulti, making impossible for the enemy to scape.
Transcendence will give you the CD you need to cast your abilities faster. This is important will vladimir because if you can use Transfusion faster, you will heal and you damage the enemy faster, which is sometimes a matter of life or death as it is to have Sanguine Pool ready.
Gathering Storm gives you damage over time, which is a better option than Scorch and Waterwalking. More damage means you will heal even more, apart of killing faster and better.
Secondary: Domination
Taste of Blood heals you when you hit the enemy,so you will have more sustain.
Ravenous Hunter is just why I choose domination as secondary path. You heal for a total of the 14% of the damage you deal to the enemies with all stacks. It is reduced to a third of the damage with area damage, so Tides of Blood will heal you less against only one enemy. But the magic comes with the ultimate. If you follow my instrutions, you will brutally heal at late game if you use Hemoplague against several enemies. The powered Transfusion healing is also broken with this rune.
