This is my first guide. This is a hyper carry Vladimir build I use for fun. I have this image of a deadly huge mobility mage with extreme sustain. If you are really good with Vlad I recommend this build because it is tons of fun.

Pros:
1.High Mobility
2.Huge Burst Damage
3.Can roam to other lanes since you buy distortion boots, you will have ghost up most of the time.
4.IT'S FUN AS HELL

Cons:
1.No armor and magic resistance until later in the game.
2.Harsh early game.
3.Not many people know how to play Vladimir. This is a build for experienced players who know how to survive in teamfights, engage, bait, dodge, kite etc.

I recommend rushing WOTA and Cooldown boots because you will get near to max cdr really early in the game. Then rush Luden's Echo and after that Zhonya. That's pretty much it.

Try to play defensively until you finished hextech revolver and you are at least lvl 7. Since you have mobility you can roam to other lanes engaging with ghost. In teamfights you can either go all in, or keep your distance, kiting and dealing damage.

If you decide to go all in, make sure you ult first (at least 3 of them). Then bait abilities with your w. If you really need to you can use zhonya's for another round of dodging and burst damage.

The best thing about this build in my opinion is the mobility. Cooldowns and ability power is the same with most builds, but having that huge mobility and cooldowns on your summoner spells it's amazing.

1.Play safe early
2.Rush cooldown items and spellvamp -> then Luden's Echo
3.Wreck people with huge mobility and tons of damage.
