First off, no im not mad, second off Vladamir does benefit from 9/0/21 and im obviously not the only one who thinks so because a lot of the top rated guides have 9/0/21 aswell, second off mejai's is fine for vlad because why would he not get kills, it takes 10 kills to max stack a mejai's and i find i hardly die as vlad.. and finally 10-20 armor/mr is not gonna save him from someone stacking 1000 Ability Power, and if by high AD you mean someone like xin zhao and tryndamere i hardly lose a fight to them

Edit 1: also if according to you im going to die alot with this build then why wouldnt i take reduced time spent dead

Edit 2: i dont need a hextech early game because transfusion + Tides of blood stacks = Hextech revolver

Edit 3: Umm. where do you get that im gonna have 4000 HP from this build.......

Final Edit: by bad early game i mean getting kills obviously, if someone thinks vlad is a bad farmer then they should never have even searched up a guide because they are hopeless

Real Final Edit: im not going to tell someone exactly how to play vladamir it is completely dependant on who you are facing and who you are with

its not horrifcly dreadful, but its definitely not good either, I don't agree with building Mejais on vladimir, hextech revolver is far more effective as it allows you to lane for the whole lane phase with only 1 base. and the mejais is not really suitable on vlad as most of his farm is gonna come from minions, not enemys, you should be letting your AD carrys get fed on the kills, sure you're gonna get a handful, but nowhere near enough to justify a mejais. crystal sceptre is also built far too late, and should ideally be built straight after your CDR boots, otherwise vlad is toooo squishy and it means you don't have to completely waste your pool to slow a mutha****a down. also i know this is just a build, but you havnt given any tips for actually using the build. I also think you have judged his cons wrong, what do you mean by bad early game?!!? bad at getting kills? bad at farming? explain!!! vlad has an epic lane phase?!?! and you should list how he is super weak to champs with madreds and will get wrecked by Kog Maw (the main ranged carry at the moment). and 9/0/21, you mad bro?!? vlad needs the defensive masterys as otherwise he will just get destroyed by anyone with high AP/AD, who cares about you having 4000 health if you have hardly any mr/armour? the fed brand and the fed caitlyn sure dont.... and reduced time spent dead.... really?..... "a good vlad will only die if he makes a mistake" this statement is true. in case you hadnt guessed this is -1. back to the drawing board bro.

Hey brotato, I'm not going to vote on this for a multitude of reasons, but you do have potential to make this a good guide.

First off, +1 respect to you for running Ignite/Teleport Vladimir. I love you. But, Take the summoner spell Teleport if you're taking the mastery. Flash is relatively useless on Vladimir unless you're still not confident of your capability with him.

Second, Magic Penetration Quintessences are beyond ****, especially on Vladimir. You mitigate roughly 5.78MR with your quintessences, which equates to roughly.. 2%~4%? That's completely useless, and that's only counting early game. Magic Pen blues? No thanks. AP Seals? No. No no no. You'd be much better suited with either Flat HP or Flat AP quints, Ability power flat Glyphs, and HP or anything else but AP Seals. They serve Vladimir much better.

Third, in terms of itemization, the neglect of a Hextech Revolver is disgusting. It's essential for him, and it synergizes every way possible for him. 40AP, 72 HP, 15% Spell Vamp. Everything Vladimir needs in one package. Your WoTA is built far far too late, and is useless at that point. If you build a Will of the Ancients, You want it earlier so your team benefits from it and you capitalize on the aura, not late game when you've either-
A: Already lost
B: Already won
If you have met criteria A, it is because you didn't have your early WoTA.

Fourth, you take Rabadon's Deathcap waay too late. You don't need the Void Staff early at all, because you already mitigate roughly 23 MR at level 1 with masteries/runes. Unless the other team is ******ed and buys two Negatron Cloaks, you don't need the early Void Staff. Switch it for an earlier Will of the Ancients or a Needlessly Large Rod.

*EDIT: Fifth, you take Sanguine Pool before Tides of Blood. I GUESS I can understand why you take this, you do get an earlier escape, but you significantly damage your farming abilities, and your DPS potential to secure a level 2 kill. You drop off roughly 450 damage per minute, and lose 30% more HP per minute if you take Sanguine Pool first. Again, change this to E instead of W. The skill kit doesn't get fully utilized if you take Sanguine first.

Other than those FIVE things, it looks solid. I strongly suggest you think all of this over, I've played Vladimir for 700+ games, and I know him inside and out. Change some things around and I'll come back to upvote you

Cheers,
Incendiax.

You might wanna get flash mastery over the teleport mastery.

Good god -1. Your masteries in NO WAY benefit Vladimir more so than 9/21/0 or 9/0/21 would benefit him. You also take improved teleport despite not even using the summoner spell. Same goes for your runes. With no magic pen marks, Vlad will fall off quite early, especially with your item build. Morello's? Really? The mana/5 is absolutely useless and the first item slot can be filled in much more efficient ways (vamp revolver, giants belt into rylais). Your skill build is also kind of offensively worthless. Offensively AND defensively, Tides of blood is huge. Not only does it give you a lot more damage on your E, but it also increases the amount of healing and regeneration done by a LOT, giving you ridiculous lane sustainability. By taking pool so much earlier you aren't enough of a threat throughout laning phase and even towards teamfights. In all honesty, this Vlad build needs to be reworked, and until you make some changes, I will be downvoting.
