Introduction
Updated version is better then first version
Comment and Vote Up if you like, or down if you dont
This is my first build and it is for a pure AP Vladamir with some CDR but really no armor because i find that vladamir stacking HP doesnt get enough bonus AP but vladamir stacking AP gets a decent amount of HP bonus due to his passive. This build is just for soloing middle otherwise it is really innafective. so, hope this build will benefit you.
also im trying to reach a high amount of referalls if you like this guide vote +1 and just make a new account with this link and get it to level 5 (you dont need a real email adress) http://signup.leagueoflegends.com/?ref=4e2ef35ae9881008260117
Endgame Items
----- Mejai's Soulstealer - Ionian Boots of Lucidity - Void Staff - Rabadon's Deathcap - Rylai's Crystal Scepter - Will of the Ancients is your final build which will get you a very good sum of AP and if you stack full mejai's (which shouldnt be too hard) you get max CDR and amazing APFirst Item
First off when the game starts you buy an Amplifying Tome which gives 20 AP and about 38 bonus HP due to your passive. Now due to vladamirs amazing middle strength against most champions you get to stay in lane all the way till you can buy Mejai's Soulstealer without much trouble
Next Few Items
if you are doing good in lane (which you should be able to) Buy your Ionian Boots of Lucidity and then start stacking your mejais a bit until you have enough money for a Needlessly Large Rod and build yourself a Rabadon's Deathcap with that you will be hitting insane amounts with transfusion
Final Items
After Rabadon's Deathcap buy a Will of the Ancients, to add more HP gain from abilities. Then get a Void Staff IF neccessary if not get one of the other items, Then buy a Rylai's Crystal Scepter to ice the cake adding a nice slow to your opponents. Voila you have finished the build and you can own some noobs
Situational Items
If Void Staff is not absolutely needed take one of these items
Hextech Gunblade - Spell vamp, AP, HP (from passive) plus a slowing + damage passive.... The only reason i dont take it in my items is because i usually dont need the extra Spell vamp
Warmog's Armor if enemy team is all fairly squishy or atleast low MR
Abyssal Mask - can swap out something for this if you have a fairly AP heavy team and wanna help them do more damage, but really if they are AP heavy they should have their own mpen
For my runes i use
Marks
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration x 9
Seals
Greater Seal of Ability Power X 9
Glyphs
Greater Glyph of Magic Penetration X 9
Quintessence
Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration X 3
Offence
Archmage's Savvy i chose this for the obvious reason of more AP = more Spell damage + more HP
Deadliness - I chose this one just to move up to the next tier
Sorcery - I chose Sorcery for the CDR which is required to spam transfusion more often in a fight
Archaic Knowledge - I again this is a pretty obvious one but i will explain anyways, i chose this one to make up for not getting Magic penetration earlier in the game
Utility
Spatial Accuracy - Faster Teleport + Lower CD
Good Hands - Everyone dies at some point well with this you spend less time dead
Perserverence - HP regen
Awareness - More experience gain = Level faster then other mids
Greed Kinda pointless but it helps a bit +6 gold a minute
Utility Mastery - Blue buff on vladamir is amazing, having it last 30% longer is even better
Quickness Vladamir is quite slow so this helps speed him up
Intelligence - Cooldown reduction
Presence of the Master - Using summoner spells more often
