Hello everyone this is my first guide ever so I's sorry if I got anything wrong but I'm A very confidant Vlad player I win 85%+ of my ranked games with this exact build so enjoy and I hope it works for you as much as it does for me.

With the runes you can swap the Seals of Armor for health Regen if you prefer and You can take normal Quintessence Ability power runes instead of scaling.

If you are playing very offensive and carrying with kills then I suggest subbing out one of the defensive items with a void staff or a Mejai's Soulstealer

The spells are 100% optional But I suggest going with flash and ignite for the obvious reasons of fast escape and conformation on kills... Its always a good idea to ignite one of the people you ult so you come out of a team fight with at least 1 kill

Ranked is something That I've used this build for multiple times all I have to suggest is making sure you time your Q and your E for last hits on minions. Also keep an eye on enemy wraiths as well as your own and keep taking them to keep your cs and health up. If you can manage to get 100+ cs 15mins you should be fine with your build and ahead of your opponent.

Pros:
Easy Escape - Blood Pool (W) and Flash, you should be able to get out of every situation
High Sustain - Lots of health and if you level your Q correctly never ending life steal
Great harass - great heavy harass early game compared to most champions
Early Game - Amazing early game because of strong sustain and amazing harass as I mentioned above.

Cons:
Fairly Low Damage: Your damage at your final build may be weaker then what other AP champs would be
Can't come back well: If you Die 2+ times during lanning stage then you are pretty much screwed for the rest of the game especially if you follow my build because you have no way of competing with fed champions

When ever it comes to team fights you want to ult 3-5 of them at once. try to stay at the back in most team fights because you will be a high target. Go into every team fight with your E at full stacks. focus on picking up kills with your Q and always have your W up to dodge abilities, Initiate or Fast escape.

Always be aware of where your opponent is and following them everywhere you go, Vlad out damages most champions until late game so use that to your advantages by jumping at them from the bushes when they gank other lanes

Im sure I've mentioned the farming before but again make sure you time your E and Q perfectly to get last hits and aim for 100+minion kills for 15mins in!
