Why did i pick ghost over flash?1.Because of the flash nerf,2.when you'e chasing someone when they flash you flash with him,after the flash you still have the same movement speed and he can get away easily,when he flashes you use ghost and chase down and kill him.
You want to play agressive in your lane,so this is why you need ignite.
ALL THE SPELLS THAT I DIDN'T MENTION IN THE GUIDE/BUILD ARE USELESS,FLASH IS VIABLE!
